1. NASCAR is a weekend long event. Racing normally takes place anywhere from Thursday-Saturday & goes till Sunday. ARCA, Trucks, O’Reilly, and if you’re lucky, you can even see the Whelen Modifieds at or near certain tracks! I highly suggest seeing them ALL when you can.

2. Pack and prepare for any type of weather. Umbrellas are NOT allowed inside most (if any) tracks, pack a poncho & a change of socks to be safe. Sunscreen & hearing protection is a MUST. Pack a sweatshirt or small blanket for those chilly nights or late autumn races!

3. Most (NOT ALL) tracks allow soft sided coolers. You can save money by bringing your own food and beverages. Check the tracks website to see rules & specifications on cooler size. Rules can vary from track to track so make sure to ALWAYS check prior. The NASCAR Tracks App is a great way to easily access rules for all tracks & stay prepared prior to arriving!

4. Arrive early & take advantage of all the activities/activations they have to offer. Some tracks’ fan zones/fair are better than others, but it’s best to arrive early before it gets too crowded anyways. Grab your merch early!!! They will run out of high demand items quickly, especially on Sunday.

5. CAMPING!!!!🏕️ The BEST way to experience NASCAR is to camp at the track. Many tracks offer meet & greets, track walks, free concerts, & SO much more. Regardless of whether you are infield or not, you will have the best weekend! #nascar #fan #camping #tips #thingsIwishIknew by @trackviewracing
