HERE I GROW AGAIN!!! Yesterday I had the absolute honor and pleasure of receiving a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Buisness Management from the School of the Great Commission Bible College & Seminary at their Comrades in Armour Celebration of Honor Ceremony. It felt amazing to be recognized in such a great way by a great woman, @drmildredmuhammad as she nominated me and when the school read my body of work they accepted me to receive a doctorate degree.

Yesterday was an amazing feeling because I've been an entrepreneur since 1998 always standing by Faith and believing God for the next!

-#CheersTo all the women through COVID-19 and beyond you help be placed in their homes by not only placing in their homes you also furnished from top to bottom with all the essential items.

-#CheersTo all the families I feed weekly with fresh meats, produce and vegetables ensuring no family went without, when sometimes I didn't have it myself.

-#CheersTo all the families my organization provided toiletries, paper towels, toilet tissue and more...

#CheersTo all the families I supplied coats, gloves and shoes for and all these things never at a cost and I am a small non profit organization (The Arnold Place Inc)

Through my mortgage and real estate professional business:

-#CheersTo every person I help become a homeowner, when they didn't think they could!

-#CheersTo every person I help start their business and they still not only operate but are successful when they didn't think it was possible!

-#CheersTo every Home, Church and Business God used me to save from Foreclosure and the Closing of their doors and I told noone, but often felt nobody cared and never recognized...

As an licensed real estate agent in DMV, a licensed Mortgage Broker in DMV, North Carolina and Georgia, a Certified hUD Counselor and the owner of a non profit organization, I felt like on Yesterday God said to me "I Recognized You and I Saw EVERYTHING!!!

🎉✨ Happy 52nd Birthday to me! ✨🎉

It’s been a while since my last post because I’ve been focused on personal growth, crushing goals, and building my businesses. Today, I’m excited to share two major announcements that mean the world to me:

🌟 Introducing My Turn, My Home: 100 Women Homeownership Initiative 2025!
We launched this initiative in December 2024, and already, 15 incredible women are on their way to homeownership! Whether you’re a first-time buyer, investing in property, employed or self-employed, have great credit or credit challenges—I can HELP.

I’m proud to announce that I’ve passed the exams to become a licensed mortgage broker/loan officer in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Atlanta, and North Carolina! And of course, I’m still serving the DMV as your trusted real estate agent.

But wait… there’s more!

🌿 The Arnold Place Inc Resource Center has a new home… on a .5-acre farm that we OWN!
Yes, The Arnold Place Inc is now a local Black-owned farm, and we’ve been approved as an official Farmers Market! Since March 2024, I’ve been working in silence with the support and prayers of my family and friends. Today, I can finally share that starting Spring 2025, you’ll be able to purchase fresh, 100% preservative-free vegetables—collard greens, kale, purple kale, cabbage, and tomatoes—straight from our farm.

This is about more than food; it’s about empowerment, self-sufficiency, and creating a legacy.

Let’s OWN our homes, our food resources, and our futures. Thank you all for your love and support—it means the world to me. Stay tuned because the best is yet to come!

This is the absolute #Perfect way I started my 51st birthday!!! Last year was unique, but I'm still grateful for it! Whoever knows me know I absolutely love the #FurBabies, and when I lost #MyHoliday (#MyFurBaby) on May 8, 2023, after 18 blessed years of having her, I was completely heart broken 💔!!!

This video birthday song led by Chance Pierre (My Fur Nephew) backed by Pastor @zinacpierre makes me feel like I WON a billion dollars. Yeap, this means the WORLD to me! I'm a simple girl, when you take away real estate, philanthropic work and my personal love for shoes, purses and clothes, at the core of it all, I Love #TrueFriends, #Family, #Laughter, #OrangeTridentGum, #OrangeTicTacs, #Pizza, #RainbowSherbert with Rainbow Sprinkles, #CakesPlusCupCakes and my #LittleFurBabies and I plan to endulge myself in all of my pleasures TODAY!!! CHance won't be outdone!!!

Today, as I reflect over my life, I can truly say I am so excited and honored to celebrate my 50th Birthday! I am proud of my personal life accomplishments Physically, Spiritually, & Emotionally, I have achieve through a pandemic and especially 2022 to lead me to this place in my life. One of the greatest moments I can truly celebrate today is the day I became Mrs. Nixon. October 22, 2022!!! Thank You for chosing me @sgnixon1974, I would say yes over and over again. When I look at these pictures, I think they truly sum up this new place I have found. This new place I live where the spirit of Peace, Protection, A Covering, and most importantly the Love actually describe how I truly feel without me trying to find the correct words to say!

LONG POST ALERT! HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! I hope your day is filled with Thanksgiving, Love, Peace & Harmony!

My Aunt Joan sent me this picture of me and my cousin Erica on her and my Uncle Tom wedding day! I felt like this picture was the perfect picture to describe my grateful heart today! In this picture I was 2 and my cousin was 3 years old. My favorite word was NO!!! No matter what someone ask me they said the answer was always NO! What's your name, "NO", How old are you, "NO"! Want some ice cream, "NO"! Needless to say with a personality like that they thought it would be impossible for me to walk down the aisle as a flower girl. They thought for sure I will just cry and probably say "NO"! Well, guess what, I completely surprised my entire family because not only did I walk and throw the flowers, I waved and smiled going down the aisle as if I was in some sort of pageant!

I'm not sure of the actually date it begin, but all I know is I was completely fascinated with weddings as a child, teenage and adult. I always dreamed how my wedding would be! Last year on this date my husband @sgnixon1974 proposed to me to become his wife. When he proposed I walked away because everything inside of me was screaming out from my soul DREAMS DO COME TRUE! I will be 50 years old January 2023, and it sometimes felt like it would never happen but I kept believing for LOVE!

When I was planning my wedding we had a Zoom meeting with our bridesmaids, groomsman and the parents of the flower girl's and ring bearer. It was so important for me to tell them not to put any pressure on the children. I explained my story and in my heart I only wanted the children to feel good on my wedding day. I knew how it made me feel being able hear the stories of me walking down the aisle and doing a great job. It lite a fire in me that cause me to be bold enough to dream and today within 11 months of my proposal, my dream has come true! I became a bride to a man who adores me! I am truly grateful of God's kindness and faithfulness of fulling His promise!

I hope on this day you consider not the TIME it is taken, but to simply remember the DREAM!

You have to have a circle of people around you who will STOP WHAT THEY ARE DOING and begin to pray! These 2 WOG ate literally a prayer away when I need spiritual counsel. I call her Mother Vanessa Hilliard @ladyvan1551. We called on her because she has over 40 years of successful marriage to one man before his transition. She counseled Sean and I and one thing we repeat on a daily basis that she told us. She said to be aware of "THE UNGARDED MOMENTS"! These are the times when the devil slips in and uses people, places and things that you least expect! Her wisdom was a life changing moment for the both of us and we are blessed she said yes to be a part of our special day! WE LOVE YOU!

Then we there is @RevMontrezNicolson. Everyone needs a Rev Montrez. I text and say pray and her response is I will until the Lord tells me to stop. She NEVER ask me what she was praying about she only said I GOT YOU!!! Even the morning of the wedding we met in one of the ball rooms and with rollers in her hair she begin to intercede for me, not worrying about the fact we was in a public place or not. She kept calling on God and assuring me EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT! WE LOVE YOU!

Get yourself around some people who can hold your arms up when you feel like throwing in the towel! Even all of us that most see as strong need a circle of true believers who will stop at nothing until you get your breakthrough! THE BREAKTHROUGH IS HERE! AMEN!!! by @tracy1arnold

I have started 4 post this morning to try to put into words what this Woman of God truly means to me! She has been there with me through it ALL! Without judgement, she has step in more times then I can count.

In today's climate, its hard to find someone who title matches their character. This WOG right here has covered Sean and I in prayer, love and support and we cannot say thank you enough. You know when God has His hands on someone because in their presence you can feel His presence. From the moment she said to me "The Lord told me to sew and purchase your wedding dress, from my 2nd bridal shower at her home, to prayer in her prayer room at her lovely home, right to the end with her officiating our wedding at the last minute, she has truly been a blessing.

I made a joke with her and said you and Holiday (Holiday barked the whole service and was put out LOL) was the talk of my wedding. Everyone wanted to know, at both of my bridal showers and the wedding WHERE IS HER CHURCH! My family, friends, Sean and I are amazed at your heart and we cannot express our LOVE, GRATITUDE & GRATEFULNESS to how God has decided to use you to bless us. Pastor @zinapierre you are Beautiful, Kind, Gracious, Annoited and a True Blessing to all who experience your love and we can't say it enough... THANK YOU FOR SAYING 'YES'! Pastor @zinacpierre WE LOVE YOU!!!

Well my name has officially change! I am now Mrs. Tracy Nixon and I am so Thankful to God. God has truly restored me!!! Love never fails us and dreams do come true!!! Thank you @sgnixon1974
for choosing me. I look forward to spending my life with you. As I stated in my vows, I look forward to spending my life with you, honoring you, obeying you and following you as you follow Christ!

If I may encourage someone today, please always remember GOD NEVER LOSES A BATTLE, NOR A FIGHT, GIVE EVERYTHING TO GOD!!! Remember to surround yourself with family and friends who geniuly love and support you. LOVE covers a multitude of sins and it will NEVER fail, because GOD is LOVE!

The outpouring of #LOVE, #SUPPORT, #COUNSELING, #PRAYERS, #FASTING #TEXTMESSAGES #MONETARYGIFTS and #ENCOURAGEMENT God has allowed us to experienced has been truly #AMAZING and a #BLESSING!
