The way you changed everything …
Eight feels so big yet so very small, my baby girl.
You’re a force, an energy I can barely comprehend, filled with kindness and passion and the kind of joy that makes you shake your head.
What an honor to watch you grow. Happy birthday, my Poppyseed. #mypoppyjames #happybirthday #babygirl #byeforever #momlife taken in Los Angeles, California by @tracyiswright

Maybe you’ve been here for the journey, for when I couldn’t stand up without passing out or through every doctor who couldn’t quite figure it out.
Maybe you’ve been here for when my neighbor gave me safety in his gym, because my fear of publicly fainting outweighed my need to find movement in life again.
Maybe you’ve been here for when I gained the strength to actually pick up my babies, let alone look in the mirror and know how ok she is.
Maybe you’ve been here for the running or work woes or to wonder about the things that nobody knows …
Maybe you’ve been here for a minute, two months or a mile, but know that I’ve fought to make sure I’ll be here awhile.
(And I manifested this thank you @lululemon k bye.) #motivation #running #health #fitness #momlife taken in Temescal Canyon Park by @tracyiswright

Apparently “women having agency” is controversial now. 😂

You don’t have to like the ad. You don’t even have to agree with the choice.

But agency means women get to make choices you wouldn’t make yourself. by @tracyiswright
