POSTS STORIES REELS

As we experience the energy of December, what is rising to the surface?

This is where emotional mastery meets our real life experiences.

Emotional mastery is noticing the wave, taking a breath, and being willing to face what is coming into your awareness.

When we face what is present instead of avoiding it, the situation becomes clearer and our next step does too.

Each time we do that, we step out of old loops and back into inner alignment.

If this lands, name one situation you are ready to see with more clarity this week.

THE EMOTIONAL PARADOX

Mastering our emotions doesn’t mean we stop feeling them. And it certainly doesn’t mean we always know what to do with what we’re feeling.

You can know yourself deeply and still struggle to trust yourself. I’ve learned through experience that we don’t always consciously choose to ignore or deny what we’re feeling.

Sometimes an emotion touches something within us that we’re simply not ready to face.

And the more we resist what we’re feeling, the more intense it can feel.

I see our emotions as energy in motion. Each emotion carries its own intensity, and we can feel its influence in our bodies, our thoughts, and the way we respond to the world around us.

Mastering our emotions doesn’t mean we stop feeling them. And it certainly doesn’t mean we always know what to do with what we’re feeling.

For me, emotional mastery has become less about managing my emotions and more about giving them room to breathe. To feel them without immediately judging, dismissing, or denying them.

This relationship with our emotions is one of the foundations of ALIGNEDMENT, because what we haven’t given ourselves permission to feel can still influence how we live, create, and lead.

SOMETHING ANCIENT IS STIRRING.

There is something within you that predates everything you’ve been taught about who you are.

An ancient wisdom that cannot be explained entirely through the mind, yet can be felt.

And the deeper your relationship with your knowing becomes, the more of what is uniquely you can come through.

ALIGNEDMENT™ has arrived. A private 1:1 experience for multi-dimensional women in business who sense that who you are holds far more influence than you’ve allowed yourself to explore.

Applications are now open. Explore ALIGNEDMENT™ through the link in my bio.

WHAT MAKES YOU QUESTION YOUR KNOWING?

There’s a knowing within us that’s far older than anything we’ve learned. And I’ve been thinking about how easily we can lose touch with it.

Perhaps it’s my Aquarius Moon, but I’ve always had a strong need to stay connected to who I am, regardless of the opinions, perceptions, or expectations surrounding me. My biggest fear was losing my sense of self.

And the more deeply I’ve come to know myself, the more I’ve recognized the value of staying close to my own knowing.

There will always be people whose wisdom you genuinely respect. But you can value what someone else knows without giving it greater authority than your own. And sometimes, without realizing it, you can become so influenced by what others know or think that you begin losing touch with what you’ve always known.

And the less you listen to your own knowing, the easier it becomes to mistake someone else’s certainty for your own truth.

Staying close to your knowing matters not because you have all the answers, but because there is a depth of wisdom within you that deserves to have a greater influence on how you live, create, and lead. You can learn from the world without losing yourself in it.

One way to deepen your connection with your own knowing is to recognize what you feel before your mind questions it.

Have you ever known something without knowing how you knew?

BEYOND MERCURY RETROGRADE.

Mercury Retrograde is about so much more than technology glitches and communication mishaps.

It invites us to revisit what we think we know, examine the stories we’ve been telling ourselves, and become more aware of how our thoughts influence what we believe to be true.

There is something powerful about realizing that a change in perspective can change our entire experience of life.

The things we desire so deeply can change as our awareness expands and our relationship with ourselves deepens. And I think there’s something beautiful about that.

We’re continually discovering more about ourselves, including desires we may never have imagined we’d have.

I love the freedom that comes with allowing those desires to evolve, without feeling obligated to explain them or make them acceptable to anyone else.

Some things only need to make sense to you. Stay true to you. ✨

THE UNSEEN HAS INFLUENCE.

There is more influencing what you create than what you can consciously see.

Following your Soul into work you feel deeply connected to is a beautiful thing. And it can ask more of you than you ever imagined.

I know this from my own experience. There have been times when something within me knew the direction, even while my mind was searching for certainty. I’ve come to appreciate that both are part of being human.

And then there are the beliefs, emotional patterns, and subtle ways your energy responds to what you desire, including the very success you’re working toward.

Even your relationship with success begins to take on a different meaning when you’re choosing to create from a deeper place of knowing rather than following someone else’s definition of what success should look like.

I’ve always believed it’s so much deeper than business.

You are experiencing everything that comes with bringing your gifts into the world. Your humanity matters just as much as your vision.

What becomes visible changes what becomes livable.

Some things remain hidden until we’re ready to perceive what has been there all along. And even then, there is more to discover.

The unseen has always had a presence.

IT NEVER LEFT.

There are things about yourself you knew before you had words for them.

I think back to different times in my own life when I sensed something, but didn’t know what to call it. Then life happened.

I learned what was expected of me. What made sense. What I should believe. Who I should be. When things are preceded with ‘should’ nothing great is gonna come from that.

And maybe you can see it in your own life too. Because even after everything you’ve learned and everything you’ve been told, there are things within you that never left.

SOMETHING IN YOU REMEMBERS.

What have you always known about yourself?

Look closer.

You have barely touched the depth of what you know.

There is a knowing within you that can be sensed long before you have the language to explain it.

I call it Ancient Knowing.

We have become accustomed to looking outside of ourselves for answers, direction and wisdom.

The oracle is closer than you think.

You have always had access to the wisdom you sense. The things you know without knowing why. The moments when something within you is unmistakably clear.

Other people can offer wisdom. Teach you. Guide you. Illuminate something you could not see for yourself. Their wisdom can support you without overriding your own.

There are depths of your own knowing you have yet to meet.
