How is my niece 15 today??? In my mind she will always be that 5 year old girl casting a spell on @obj in Harry Potter land at the Pro Bowl. I was trying to figure out how to show her growing up over the past 10 years and realized that as she collected Odell jerseys she grew up in front of my eyes. I blinked and she went from a shy little girl with a wand in her hand to a smart, beautiful, funny, fierce teenager. I am so lucky to get to watch her become whoever she wants to be. She is truly amazing!! I Love you @adri4nna.c ❤️ PS — I guess I need to buy a Vikings jersey now 😊 Happy Happy Birthday!!! by @tracyperlman

Imagine being a 12 year old tackle football player and die-hard Giants fan, and your aunt (greatest aunt ever btw) takes you to a game only to have you spend the entire time talking to Super Bowl champion (and amazing person) @therealjustintuck91
Lucky? Definitely!
A huge thank you to Justin Tuck for sharing all your wisdom and giving him more reason to stick with playing defense. This game day experience will be hard to top🏈#nflbrotherhood @nfllegacy by @tracyperlman

What a way to kick off my 35th season with the National Football League. Who would’ve thought there would be a regular season NFL game in Australia!! What an amazing sports city. Great to hang with the GOAT — Jerry Rice, Torry Holt and @austinmoss_2 and @casey_africano before the kickoff. Can’t wait to see how the 2026 NFL season plays out. Here we go!! @nfllegacy by @tracyperlman

Five days of football family. From Canton to Chelsea Piers. Congratulations to @larryfitzgerald Getting to see you put on that Gold Jacket was a full circle moment from when we met at your first ProBowl. No one deserved it more. And, congrats to @mattakareamer and Lauren it was special to be a part of the beginning of your life together. #footballisfamily🏈❤️ taken in Pro Football Hall of Fame by @tracyperlman

NFL Legends always ask me how to access their benefits, how to figure out what they want to do when they walk off the field and how to recreate the locker room. When you leave the game the NFL Legends Community and the Trust are here to support and serve you to help figure out what’s next. Today we hosted a webinar to give Legends the tools for the next chapter in their story. Thank you @nflfilms and @schmidt.todd and thank you to our partners and Legends for all the insight. Special thanks to @jasonmccourty it was definitely a marathon!! @nfllegacy #nflbrotherhood by @tracyperlman

Happy Mother’s Day in heaven to my mom. Sharing a photo from her last trip to Super Bowl where she got to meet her favorite player ever….Curtis Martin. It made her soooo happy. What I wouldn’t give to be able to make her this happy one more time. Miss you 💕 by @tracyperlman
