🔥🥩 LAS VEGAS NEVER GETS OLD — ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FIND A GEM LIKE THIS! 🥩🔥

75+ trips to Vegas…and I’m STILL discovering incredible experiences! 🎰🍷✨

While I’m out in **Las Vegas enjoying the convention circuit, catching up with friends, and checking out some new restaurants, my buddy John Kurzon , who’s also in town visiting his brother, recommended an amazing steakhouse I somehow hadn’t experienced yet:

🥩 Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse inside the legendary Golden Nugget!

And WOW…this place absolutely delivered. 💯

From the moment we walked in, the service, atmosphere, food, and attention to detail were phenomenal. Our server, Dennis, was outstanding—and what made the evening even cooler is that he’s been with the steakhouse since it opened 20 years ago! That kind of experience and dedication shows.

Dennis highly recommended the Surf & Turf, and he definitely steered us in the right direction.

🍽️ The lineup for the evening:

🥩 Filet Mignon
🦞 Lobster Tails
🥖 Fresh Bread & Butter
🔥 Seared Foie Gras
🥗 Pear & Blue Cheese Salad
🥔 Fully Loaded Baked Potato

And, of course, dinner needed the perfect bottle of wine…

🍷 2023 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon — one of my all-time favorites!

Great food. Great wine. Incredible service. Amazing atmosphere. And even better company.

After somewhere around 75 trips to Las Vegas, it takes a lot for a restaurant to really stand out—and Vic & Anthony’s absolutely did.

⭐ If you’re ever in Vegas and want a classic, upscale steakhouse experience, put Vic & Anthony’s at the Golden Nugget on your list. Highly recommended!

Vegas is always changing…but an incredible meal never goes out of style. 🥩🍷🎰

✨ MY 3 ANGELS... MY SISTERS... MY FAMILY

💫 Family isn't always defined by blood... sometimes it's defined by loyalty, love, and showing up when it matters most.🧡

Over the past 15+ years, I have been incredibly blessed to have three amazing women** in my life who have always been there through the highs, the lows, the victories, and the challenges.

To Juliana, Willow, and Yi Chen

Thank you for your unwavering friendship, kindness, compassion, encouragement, and support. Your loyalty has meant more than words can ever express.

🚀 The Best Investment I've Made in 23+ Years Was Never Just Real Estate... It Was Relationships.🚀

🏡 Building Wealth. Building Communities. Building the Future.🏡

After more than 23 years in the real estate and private lending industry, one thing has become crystal clear:

No matter how much experience you have, there is always something new to learn.

One of the greatest privileges of my career has been working alongside an incredible group of young entrepreneurial real estate professionals who are redefining what is possible. Their creativity, work ethic, innovation, and vision for the future of housing and real estate are truly inspiring.

I'm proud to call many of these outstanding young gentlemen not only **friends**, but also **business partners**. Whether we're collaborating as consultants, joint venture partners, or providing funding and lending solutions, I'm continually impressed by their drive to solve problems and create opportunities.

The future of real estate is in very capable hands.

While experience provides wisdom, the next generation brings fresh ideas, new technologies, and innovative ways of thinking that will shape our industry for decades to come.

Real estate has long been one of history's greatest wealth-building tools, helping millions of people create financial independence through ownership, investing, and entrepreneurship. But perhaps its greatest value isn't just the wealth it creates—it's the relationships, partnerships, and communities it builds along the way.

To every young entrepreneur chasing your dream:
Stay hungry. Stay humble. Keep learning.
Your future is incredibly bright.

I'm honored to be part of this journey with all of you—and excited to see what we build together next.

🌎✈️ Friendship Knows No Distance

From Dubai to Orlando — Great Friends, Great Food, Great Memories

There’s nothing better than reuniting with good friends who have traveled halfway around the world. After a long 15+ hour journey from Dubai, U.A.E., my amazing friends Stella & Bobby finally arrived in Orlando.

These two are truly among the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet, and after some much-needed rest, we decided it was time to celebrate their arrival in style at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Orlando, Florida.

🔥 The Feast Began

🥢 Fresh Ahi Tuna
🥚 Firebirds' Famous Deviled Eggs topped with Crispy Bourbon Bacon

🔥 Main Event

🥩 Center-Cut Grilled New York Strip
🥩 Hardwood-Grilled Ribeye topped with Port Mushrooms
🍖 Signature Tomahawk Pork Chop Steak

Every bite was cooked to perfection over custom hardwood grills, delivering that incredible Firebirds flavor that keeps people coming back.

🍸 From The FIREBAR®

A fantastic selection of wines, handcrafted cocktails, and their legendary Pineapple-Infused Double Black Diamond Martini — the perfect way to toast friendship, travel, and life's special moments.

🍰 The Grand Finale

🍋 Triple-Layer Lemon Cake
🍰 Classic New York Cheesecake

Absolutely unforgettable.

Life isn't measured by the miles we travel, the money we make, or the things we own. It's measured by the friendships we build, the memories we create, and the moments we share around the table.

Welcome to Orlando, Stella & Bobby. Here's to great friends, amazing food, and many more adventures ahead! ❤️

🏡🔥 BACK TO MY ROOTS: BUILDING DREAMS AGAIN! 🔥🏡

♦️From Vision to Reality — The Best Is Yet to Come♦️

There are few things in life more rewarding than taking a piece of land and transforming it into something extraordinary.

After decades of building homes, investing in real estate, and creating opportunities, I'm incredibly excited to return to one of my greatest passions: **Custom Home Building.**

These two new luxury custom homes in **Winter Park, Florida** are going to be absolutely spectacular—designed with exceptional craftsmanship, timeless architecture, innovative features, and attention to every detail.

For me, homebuilding has never been just about bricks and mortar. It's about creating a legacy, building dreams, and delivering something families will cherish for generations.

This is just the beginning.

🚧 Groundbreaking Soon.
🏡 Stunning Designs.

From Bullseyes to Full Houses* 🎯➡️♠️💰

🎯Dialed In. Locked In. Ready to Win.*

Nothing like getting a little target practice in before tonight's poker game. ♠️♦️♣️♥️

Took my new **MCK Gen 3 (Micro Conversion Kit)** out for a test run, and I have to say I'm impressed. Originally developed by Israeli innovators, this platform transforms a standard handgun into a more stable shooting system, helping improve control, accuracy, and target acquisition—all without requiring pistol disassembly.

Whether it's on the range or at the poker table, preparation, focus, and precision matter.

Now it's time to trade targets for cards and see if the same focus translates into a winning hand.
