Our levels nailed the ES short.

Plan out 4:15pm CT yesterday: a breakdown of 7,758.25 that holds below looks toward 7,749. At 10:50am CT, ES lost 7,758.25 and could not get back above it. The next bar tagged 7,749. Low 7,676 at 2:05pm CT.

Futures day trading stop placement: stopped out right before the move?

A stop just under the level gets tagged first. Wait for the flush, buy the reclaim, and put the stop under the flush low, where the idea is wrong. Wider stop? Size down. On shorts, flip it: stop above the pop high.

Our levels nailed the NQ flush and reclaim.

Plan out 4:15pm CT: Long 3 shelf at 29,659.25. Around 10:20am CT, NQ flushed under it (low 29,645), then reclaimed and held. Bounce toward 29,742. That's the failed breakdown.

Most traders plan during the open. That's when they chase.

Here's how a day works with Trade Levels Pro. After the close, the next day's ES and NQ plan (plus Gold, Crude, and Russell) arrives by email and Telegram and on Today's Plan: a daily bias, a Pivot, a Value Zone, and ranked failed-breakdown longs plus rejection shorts. Plan out 4:15pm CT: Short 1 at 30,100, toward Pivot 29,986.75. Lost 30,100 at 7:35am CT, could not get back above it. Reject and fail. At the 8:30 open it sold into the Pivot. First target reached, low so far 29,914.5.

Plan out 4:15pm CT: Short 3 at 30,196.75. Overnight tagged it, peaked 30,225, then reject and fail. Sold through 30,158.5 and 30,100 toward Pivot 29,986.75. Low after the peak 30,051. Still held below the shorts.

Our levels nailed the ES long today. Both targets.

Sent to members last night at 4:15pm CT. ES Long 2 at 7,758.25: flush to 7,717.25 at 8:55am CT, reclaim at 9:40. Target 1, 7,783.5, tagged at 10:15. Target 2, 7,800, printed at 2:20.

NQ ran the same play. It flushed Long 3 at 29,659.25 down to 29,622.5, snapped back, then climbed level to level to our next long, 30,078, and held it into the close.

Futures day trading tip: the same levels work for shorts.

Price pops above a plan level, then fails back under. That rejection is the short. Stop goes above the pop high, and the target is the next level down. Failed breakdowns stay our core long setup, and our plan levels work both ways.

The plan went out yesterday at 4:15pm CT with Long 2 at 7,758.25. All morning ES stayed under it. At 8:55 CT it flushed to 7,717.25. By 9:40 it reclaimed 7,758.25 and held above, pushing toward 7,769.75. That's the failed breakdown: flush, then reclaim. Next line up: 7,771.5, then first target 7,783.5.
