FIELD STORM. FIREWORKS. FAMILY.

That’s BYU after dark. Pure electricity from the band to the stands.

Congrats to No. 8 BYU on taking down No. 2 Notre Dame 28-24 tonight at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo. Sold-out, loud, and Cougar Nation rushing the field at the end — what an atmosphere.

What a win.

UCLA 🐻 vs Oregon 🦆.

Represented PowerHaus with Coach Grant — Oregon alum x UCLA alum.

Great time with Oregon’s Black Alumni Association, breakfast with UCLA. Bruins get it done 17-15, first win in Eugene since 2004. taken in University of Oregon by @traeucla

Great meeting of the minds with the legend Leigh Steinberg aka “Jerry Maguire.”

Two generations of agent — same mission, same love for the game and the athletes we serve.

Appreciate the wisdom and the mutual respect, Leigh.

Larry Steinberg, Jackson + I got the full UNLV experience.

Saturday: field access for that wild UNLV vs Cal battle — 39-31 thriller that came down to the wire.

Sunday: weight room, offices, practice field — behind the scenes of how it’s built.

Beyond grateful to UNLV for hosting us and pulling back the curtain. You can feel what Dan Mullen is building here — tough, detailed, winning culture. This program is on the RISE.

Still buzzing.

REBELS TAKE IT. 39-31. ⚡️

Field access at Allegiant with my guys Larry Steinberg + Jackson — hosted by UNLV for UNLV vs Cal.

Game was pure chaos — 17-point lead gone, then taken RIGHT back in the 4th. 4 hours of big plays, momentum swings, and Jackson Arnold going off for 5 TDs to seal it 39-31.

Highlight was getting to talk to Head Coach Dan Mullen — really cool what he’s building at UNLV. Tough, resilient team that showed grit to finish against a Power 4 opponent. Special culture over there.

Nothing like vibing as a team and watching Vegas close it out victoriously. Grateful to UNLV for the hospitality.

In Athens — Oklahoma at Georgia and I’m FEELING these SEC vibes! 🏈

Makes me want to go back to college and strap it up. The energy is GROOVY down here.

And my goodness — does the South understand hospitality. Unreal food, even better people.

Still reppin’ Powerhaus in SEC country. ❤️

🚨POWERHAUS PODCAST REUNION 🚨

NFL legend Jay Schroeder (former Raiders QB) did the coin toss, and Jackson brought the FIRE on his home turf at Desert Pines.

5 touchdowns. 49-7 win. Dominant night for Desert Pines in Las Vegas.

So proud of this kid. The work is showing. 🔥🏈

Honored to share space with a true Los Angeles legend — Jim Hill.

From NFL defensive back to nearly 50 years as the trusted voice of LA sports at KCBS/KCAL, Walk of Fame, Emmys, Governors Award — he’s done it all and done it with class.

A pioneer on and off the camera. Grateful for the wisdom and conversation.

Such an honor to meet Karen Newcombe — wife of the late, epic Don Newcombe.

An absolute Dodger giant. Rookie of the Year, MVP, Cy Young, teammate of Jackie Robinson, and one of the first Black athletes in MLB to change the game forever.

His legacy is epic and still lives on in LA. Thank you for sharing your stories and grace, Karen. 💙

A lot of hours went into tomorrow. The work you don’t see.

People think this life is all game days and photos. The truth is not glamorous. Looks smooth on top, but hustling like hell every day. That’s the job.

Blessed to do what I do — to help guys chase their dream and make it real. But if my athletes want to be the best in the world, it’s a two-way street. I have to bring it every day too. Keep learning. Keep challenging myself. Keep getting better.

It ain’t talent. It ain’t luck. It’s time, energy, and effort. Every day.
