You’ve been doing “the work” for two years. Why is your life still exactly the same?

You’ve got the library of self-help books.

You’ve got the vocabulary for every single one of your triggers.

You’ve got a perfectly articulated list of reasons why your trauma is the reason you aren’t making more money, why your relationships are in a loop, and why you’re still waiting for your life to feel “right.”

But here is the truth that hurts: You are not stuck because you have more work to do, you are stuck because you have turned “the work” into a high-cost stalling tactic.

You keep yourself busy with the process because it’s safer than the friction of taking action.

You’re terrified that if you finally stopped looking for “the answer,” you’d have to take ownership of the fact that you’ve been choosing to stay small.

I don’t hold space for your healing spiral. In fact, we are done with that.

I kill the narrative that made that a requirement in the first place.

The waiting room is closed.

If you’re done bullshitting yourself, the link to book your Intervention is in my bio.

✨ LEFTOVER ✨

Join us September 26th at Traffick Artspace (El Paso) for the opening of "Leftover," featuring new work by artists @jurado.esau and @luis_roacho.

Two distinct visions, one shared search for a Juárez artistic identity. Through paint, unconventional materials like used canvas, found cardboard, and pieces the two artists shaped together without knowing what the other had added — Leftover turns our gaze toward the vacant lots and discarded spaces we walk past every day, making visible what our border city has learned not to see.

And because we're keeping it personal 🎉 — we're also celebrating my birthday that night! Wine.

Expect 70+ local vendors, live BYOB music in the stage by @grseptx, and new works by my neighbor @adrianwolfdesign *BYOB, live art, and good company. My neighbors are also throwing a big parties.

📍 Traffick Artspace, El Paso
🗓️ September 26, 7 P.M.
🎨 Art. Music. Vendors. Birthday vibes.

See you there 🖤 by @traffickartllc

Step into "Vámonos de viaje," Carolina "Kako" Villarreal's new solo exhibition tracing her journeys, both the ones taken with open eyes and the ones that unfold when they close.

The collection gathers moments from the road and from the astral realm alike, landscapes and fleeting instants, alongside the mystical and unseen. For Kako, travel isn't just movement through space, it's a reminder that we're always passing through: places, identities, versions of ourselves.

"Vámonos de viaje" asks you to surrender to the ride, stay curious about what's beyond sight, and not take it all too seriously. We're here, we're moving, we're dreaming. Come see for yourself.

We and our neighbors will have music, 80+vendors, food, wine... Free for all ages. Starts at 6ish...

FINALLYY it’s here “VÁMONOS DE VIAJE” Solo Exhibition next weekend SATURDAY August 29th at the @traffickartllc beautiful gallery ❤️‍🔥 RIBBON CUTTING will be @ around 7:00pm. Completely FREE event there will be a market, food, music all around. Come as you are, drink some wine, buy some art or merch can’t wait
💜💚🩷💙❤️🩵🧡💛 EVERYONE IS WELCOME 🤗

“Vámonos de Viaje” is a collection of Kako’s moments experienced through both physical and astral travel, a reflection on the beauty of being present in the world while remaining open to the mystical worlds that reveal themselves when we close our eyes.
The work explores transcendence and the space between what is seen and unseen. Travel becomes a reminder that nothing is permanent: we are constantly moving through places, experiences, identities, and moments.
In the end, we are simply passing through. Perhaps that is why we shouldn’t take life—or ourselves—too seriously. We can wander, wonder, get lost, laugh at the absurdity of it all, and enjoy the ride while we’re here.
Te invito, Vámonos de viaje. 👁️
