Mark your calendars! Trail Blazin’ Crew is back for our 4th year at the Paleozoic Preview Trail Run.

This year, for the first time, in collaboration with Indios Running Club we will be offering a glimpse of the Paleozoic 50K & 25K route.

Both run clubs are coming together as one big community to hit the trails, share some miles in preparation of the big day!

This preview run will include
10K & 25K ROUTES

3 different pace groups for your convenience & comfort!

9–10 min/mile
10–11 min/mile
11–12 min/mile

Come run, connect with other ultramarathoners, trail runners, and enjoy the trails with us!

TBCs Shake out run with Banda was a great turnout! This was an initiative with the intention to bring community of runners, family and friends together!

CONGRATULATIONS, 2026 CHICAGO MARATHONERS!

This one was a tough one, but y’all showed up, pushed through, and GOT IT DONE! We’re proud of every single one of you for taking on 26.2 miles and crossing that finish line.

Now it’s time to rest, recover, and celebrate those hard-earned miles.

FROM THE TRAILS TO THE STREETS OF CHICAGO!

Trail Blazin’ Crew proudly presents our 5 Entries for Equality participants for the 2026 Chicago Marathon!

This year, TBC recognizes five individuals who share a passion for running, demonstrate a true dedication to their growth as runners, and have remained actively involved in our Trail Blazin’ Crew community.

Among our five participants, we have three first-time Chicago Marathoners! @jocelyntorres49 @lissagaitan @luisyaherd

We also recognize @naommorimoto and @jacob_muth who continue to make a positive impact through their leadership, encouragement, and dedication to the Trail Blazin’ Crew community.

SHAKE OUT ROUTE — OCTOBER 10TH!

Get ready for a 2-mile route that you can run or walk, depending on your preference, all while enjoying the sounds and energy of la Banda!

🚧 Brief street closures will begin at 9:15 AM, so please plan accordingly and give yourself enough time to arrive and park.

📍 Parking:
• McKinley Park parking lot
• Street parking along Pershing
• Street parking along 37th

Come out, enjoy the music, get those legs moving, and have a great time with the crew!
