Fitness is something alot of us do to supplement our lives, its helps us show up as the best version of ourselves

Maybe we feel at capacity elsewhere but we know that pushing our bodies physically improves our other goals.

Showing up where you can is still progress, maybe it’s 5 sessions this week and 3 next.. it is still pushing the needle, it might not feel like peak performance.

The competition floor is designed to test where your current fitness is at - it’s a brief snapshot of your journey

Show up, give it everything you have got and walk away happy with the outcome
