Hey! We’re Becca and Hannah, the two women behind Trail Magic Elopements and Micro Weddings 👋🏼✨

We’re an elopement/micro wedding full service planner and photographer, & find that being a team helps us play to our stengths as individuals while giving you the best wedding experience possible!

We started Trail Magic as a way to build community around intentional celebrations of love in non-traditional or outdoor spaces. Here is what you can expect when you book with us:

From the moment you inquire to the days following your final gallery delivery and beyond, we are in your corner offering all the hands on support we can, so you can have a completely stress-free wedding experience.

Seamless Communication: Becca and I know the other inside and out (another benefit of being bffs), which means that you’ll never have to worry about either of us being “in the dark” about your plans, the timeline, or any of the details. Booking us together means the flow of your experience is seamlessly communicated for your peace of mind and ease!

Outdoor focus & obsession: As outdoor enthusiasts ourselves, we understand your appreciation of nature, and your desire to include it as an integral part of your wedding day! We are committed to finding the best locations and outdoor experiences for your day that encourage sustainability, and follow leave no trace guidelines so you never have to worry about negatively impacting these beautiful places.

Sneak peeks from S&C’s Crested Butte Elopement this July ✨🌸

It was a day full of belly laughs, wildflowers, bumpy roads, and stunning mountain views. All the best things that Crested Butte has to offer! We took things slow, and never felt rushed at any point to be somewhere, exactly how they envisioned it, and the weather held out for us, which made it even better!

Becca made S’s sunset picnic dreams come true with her beautiful spread for them, and we all sat marveling at the alpenglow in the valley, while simultaneously laughing until we cried when C tried to carve the cake like a thanksgiving turkey 😂

It was truly a day for the books, and we are so thankful for our amazing couples who trust us to be such an integral part of the day and show them around our favorite pars of the state! I can’t wait to share more from this gallery & these cuties soon!

I remember in our initial consult call Carly said “I know we’re not your typical type of couple, we’re not really looking to adventure, we just want to have a special experience with our families”

And that moment really stuck with me, because it reminded me that every couple has different priorities for their experience and vibes that they’re looking for. And for Becca and I, more than anything, we’re looking for couples that care about their wedding experience and are looking for help to build it with intention, whether that’s on top of a mountain, or something completely different.

C&R did just that. They had 18 people in total, and you could tell how much effort they put into ensuring that each of their guests felt welcomed and intentionally invited into the experience. No one had to lift a finger, between us and the Estate House staff, everything was taken care of, so they could all relax and enjoy one another’s company.

Above all else, what I remember most about their day, was how dedicated they were to their families, and ensuring that their people were fully documented as much of themselves. They didn’t want to be the center of attention, but wanted the full experience captured and celebrated, with their guests sharing the main character energy as much as them.

Hopefully their day serves as a reminder that Becca and I are here to help plan YOUR best day, whatever that looks like. And we’re also here to make sure your families and people are part of the experience too, if that is important to you! We’re all about community, personalization, and authenticity here at Trail Magic, and when I look back at C&R’s gallery, that’s what I see. Hopefully you can see and feel it too ✨🤍

More summer beauty to share! This time, Megan and Sean’s stunning late July wildflower elopement in Colorado 🤍🌸✨

This was such a special evening, we had what felt like the whole mountain to ourselves getting to soak in the views, and there were wildflowers budding everywhere the eye could see. M&S got ready together, Sean even learned how to use the crochet hook to get all the little buttons sorted out! It was so cute!

They then shared their vows to each other privately, and as a celebration, spent the rest of the evening enjoying the incredible picnic setup that Becca made for them! It was such a simple, yet beautiful day full of intention and laughter.

M&S thank you for putting your trust in us for this experience! You have such a beautiful love, and I know we’ll never forget how fun and stunning that evening was! Grateful to call you both good friends now 🥹🤍 taken in Winter Park, Colorado by @trailmagicelopements

A sunset experience deep in Colorado’s high alpine with Kyra and Andrew last August ✨

It may be a crime that I haven’t shared many of these images, but with summer just around the corner now I can’t hold back any longer. These two are a testament to elopements being adventurous, beautiful, and actually super simple/stress free. No extra frills, just each other, the mountains, a beautiful lake side ceremony, kayaks, and trader joes coffee cake for dessert!

I know there’s a lot of stuff on the internet about eloping, and even times when a grand plan is the perfect vibe, but this is your reminder that there’s still time to get married in a stunning place, just the two of you, and a yummy coffee cake this summer ✨🤍

We’ve been having a lot of sweet conversations with couples looking to get married in Summer and Fall this year, and thought sharing some tips about planning events on a short timeframe would be helpful to all the couples out there thinking about getting married this year!

While there is still time to plan, there are factors that get more complicated the closer your wedding date is, so it’s always best to consult with experts and stay open-minded!

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and could use some help, Becca and I still have limited 2026 availability for elopements and micro weddings, and would love to help! The calendar is booking up quick, but I’ll share our updated availability on stories and would be so excited to hear from you! ✨
