~ pacifism ~

First slightly more complexed passive module I’ve made after doing mults and attenuators. It’s features two transistor based vcas , similar to those found in the tr808, the cv is normalled so you can use it as a stereo vca, it’s quite grungy but works well so far. Two passive filters, high/low and then with nothing patches into the high the audio passes through so you can get some band pass stuff. And then two 3:1 mixers (A&B).

Pretty happy it all works, I was expecting to have messed something up along the way, soldering skills are coming along. I should have put the two filters on the outside to give more space for the knobs there a bit cramped at the top, and you lose a fair bit of signal on the filters but still usable for subtle shaping. Most happy with the vcas!

45 second video showing the process start to finish. Next project will be something powered , maybe a noise generator. Feedback/tips/tricks appreciated.
