This execution looks so simple, but it’s all in the details. Pay attention to the right foot. The heavy plant convinces both defenders that 6 is going to lay it back. At the last possible moment, the left shoulder and hip open up…and away he goes. Fearless and clever, in perfect doses—it’s exactly what you want in a “6.” @kawasaki_frontale

Video and Analysis by @m777ax 👍 Give him a follow.

“It’s really hard to defend in a 4-4-2 medium block against a team that plays with 3 centre-backs

Leverkusen CBs just need to keep their natural positions in construction phase to get a comfortable numerical advantage against two strikers

Whilst wingbacks keep the width, they are frequently left unattended as 4-4-2 block does not have players that could mark them directly

As soon as Bayer is able to deliver the ball to the wide area, all the attacking players that were positioned in between lines make runs in behind

The defensive line is pulled to the side of the ball like a short blanket that leaves the feet open but covers the head

Would you keep 4-4-2 block facing an opponent with 3CBs?”

Use a bounce pass to shed pressure in the middle of the pitch. In many instances, a simple 1-2 can create the space you need to play forward.

This activation pattern by @avondalefc84 is a good stew of 1-2s, overlaps, diagonals, and short sprints. Adjust the intensity and distance between stations to your team’s fitness goals.

3v1 variation from @bmb_pfc , professional futsal club.

Defender tries to intercept the ball without conceding a goal. While possessing team plays through the gate as many times as possible. Rotate after each loss of possession. #soccercoach #soccertraining #soccerdrills #futsal #footballdrills by @train.soccer
