MAG Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown

If your goal is a wider, thicker back, this is a movement worth mastering.

The MAG wide-grip attachment helps you maintain a strong wrist position while allowing you to focus on driving your elbows down and into your sides. This can make it easier to keep tension where you want it—on the lats instead of the arms.

Control the stretch at the top, avoid swinging your body, and pause for a strong squeeze at the bottom of every rep.

Less ego. More execution. Better back development.

The basics done with intent will always beat complicated training.

The more time that passes the more I realize, the picture of the left wasn’t me, I was distraught, I was depressed, I was anxious beyond belief, and I was unhappy with myself. The more I push myself the more I’m realizing who I am. I am so grateful and I can’t wait to see how much more I can give🙏💪 by @train_hard

Tired. Depleted. Fatigued. Extremely flat.

And yet, I was still extremely happy and proud of myself because I was able to push through every hardship that comes with prep while still finding a way to bring a smile to every job, every client at the gym, my brothers, and the people I love.

The job was done. At that point, there was nothing left to control. It was all about sticking to the instructions, trusting the process, and waiting for the judges’ decision.

I know this is going to sound a little cliché, but if you truly want to do this, man… GO FOR IT.

I promise you, you’re going to go through hell. There will be days when you’re tired, depleted, uncomfortable, and questioning yourself. But if you stay disciplined, resilient, and committed to the process, there will be something beautiful waiting for you at the end of that road.

For me, that journey was about so much more than stepping on stage. It was about discovering what I’m capable of when things get hard—and refusing to let the hardships take away my gratitude or my smile.

Thank You, God, for giving me the strength, discipline, and resilience to overcome this test.

All glory to You. 🙏🏼❤️
