You don’t need a secret plan to get to the top over the next 6 months. You just need to stop negotiating with your standards on the days you don’t feel like doing the work. by @traination.fit
Read that again. We love to romanticize what it takes to build an exceptional body, business, or life. We assume the people at the top have secret strategies, endless free time, or crazy genetics. In reality, the middle is only crowded because admission is free. You get to keep your comfort zone, your snooze button, and all your favorite stories about why now “isn’t the right time.” Getting to the top doesn’t require superhuman talent. It just requires paying the daily toll that 95% of people talk themselves out of. by @traination.fit

It’s not just about which exercise to do and what food to eat. Training clients is all about making the right call in each client’s unique situation. No AI or automation can replace a trainer’s care and expertise. Share this with a trainer in your life who’s making a difference ❤️ by @traination.fit
Dana. 34. Two kids. Told her coach 3 times that logging felt like a second job. If you’ve coached long enough, you already know how this goes. By week three she stopped opening the app. If you’ve coached long enough, you already know how this goes. By week three she stopped opening the app. You kept checking in. Kept asking for her food log. Kept getting nothing back. Dana wanted the results. She just couldn’t picture herself weighing chicken breast at 8pm with two tired kids and a sink full of dishes waiting. Logging every gram by hand is hard to keep up with, even for clients who really care about their results. Taking a picture of her food is simple and keeps her aware of what she’s eating. Done > Perfect. Traination allows your fitness clients snap a photo and get macro estimates in seconds. They can also log their favorite food, add custom macros, and log an existing recipe. Results are easy when tracking is this simple. #appforpersonaltrainers by @traination.fit
The best trainers understand sometimes life gets in the way and makes it safe for clients to be honest with them, especially when they fall of track. Changing habits and lifestyle take time, and you are the best partner for them on this fitness journey. Share this with a trainer that’s great at this! by @traination.fit
