Huge shoutout to BSP Family member @gabrielamrw for crushing her first Hyrox competition! She has been grinding in the gym with Coach @kadecarlyle to make this dream of hers happen, and she absolutely smoked it 💪💪

Reminder that we are a Hyrox affiliated gym! If you’re looking to prepare for your next race, look no further than right here at Black Sheep. DM us for more info! by @trainbsp

We absolutely love our @ovrperformance Jump devices here at Black Sheep! If you’re not testing, you’re guessing, and the OVR Jump makes it incredibly easy for us to test and track our athletes. Even with high volume sessions, the effortless setup makes pushing our athletes to be their best a breeze and the reliability and validity of the device keeps our athletes honest! by @trainbsp

That’s what it’s all about 🔥

Shoutout to @maxklare for repping the BSP swag on his NFL walk in pic this week. We couldn’t be prouder of this young man and everything he’s accomplished since he walked through our doors ~6 years ago.

Swipe for some old clips of Max in the gym grinding! by @trainbsp
