10 year old me, 15 year old me, hell 20 year old me would NEVER think I’d be doing something like strongman. This sport, this community, my @shield_wall_strength team, have all been one of the best things that’s ever happened in my life, and I’m only getting started!!
Here’s to the 2026 competitive season!! 💪💪

While not a heavy session, this is the best and smoothest log has ever felt. ESPECIALLY on volume work!!

Things are coming along!!! 💪🏼🥳

We are happy to say that despite the hurricane🌀we are still plugging away at our refresh here at @anytimefitnessmiltonfl 🚧

This portion of flooring (mats/turf) will take a couple of days to complete, but we are VERY excited for the expanded space 😎

MILTON IS OPEN AGAIN!!! 🙌🎉🥳🎊 #anytimefitness #renovation #reopening by @trainerbeagle

Today and tomorrow this week I’ll be training my peeps at the Pace location while they do the flooring at Milton! Swing by and say hey 👋😁 by @trainerbeagle

Milton another BIG phase of the remodel is happening! 🔥💜

This Tuesday & Wednesday, Anytime Fitness Milton will be temporarily closed while our flooring crews take over the club and complete a major portion of the refresh.

The existing rubber flooring is staying, but the remaining carpet and tile are being replaced to give the gym a cleaner, more consistent, updated look throughout.

We know a two-day closure is an inconvenience, and we really appreciate everyone’s patience while we get this work completed.

And while Milton is closed, it’s a great time to check out the new Anytime Fitness Pace! 👀💜 Your membership gives you access, so come get your workout in and see what our newest club has to offer.

Two days of disruption. A much bigger transformation on the other side.
We can’t wait for you to see the progress when we reopen! 🙌
