Welcome to TRAIN.

At TRAIN, we believe fitness should be about more than just workouts.

It should be about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.

Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or you're an experienced athlete, you'll find a welcoming community, inspiring classes, and a team ready to support you every step of the way.

With 1,500 m² of training facilities, more than 65 classes every week, Reformer Pilates, HOT training, sauna, and free parking, everything is designed to help you enjoy the process and stay consistent.

We're excited to be part of your journey. We can’t wait to train with you ❤️‍🔥 by @trainfit_cph
