Loved the @move.meet x @projectebeauty event a few weeks ago! Haven’t played padel in ageees and @houseofracquet really pulled out all the stops for such an amazing event! Lots of like-minded girlies attended, with some having never played padel before (which I was relieved about as I am basically pants at any sport which involves a prop lol) and some which I would class as pro 😎 After the game we all took part in @holistic.soufi beautiful Pilates class and even got to try the @projectebeauty masks with a bag FULL of goodies 😍 Anddd ofc we were well fuelled post-activities from the delish @raqtfuel 👌🏽 Love getting involved with events like this which are so different from my usual training! Have made some wonderful pals since joining @move.meet and always feel super grateful to be part of such an amazing community! Had serious fomo today not being about to run the @officialbighalf after all the training 🙃… CONTEXT: Caught the lergie last weekend and was sofa-bound whole of Monday and Tuesday 🤧 Finally started feeling human Friday/Saturday but energy levels weren’t right and still a bit snots. Knew I’d want to push it today and tbh we did about 10k and it confirmed it was a good idea that I didn’t do the race - couldn’t get to my target speed, didn’t feel strong and overall just didn’t feel right yet. BUT! We did a gentle run to the @wwcommon dog show with @thecitydogclub (would even say I love dogs more than running 👀) which MADE MY DAY 😍 P.S Still not getting a pug 🌚 #weekendrun #runbuddy #dogshow #longrun #fitnessgirl by @trainingwithlauren
