Almost 2 years working with Keanu now through @richards_elite player pathway and I believe he is just scratching the surface of his potential.

Keanu has always tried to play off of speed and craftyness but this year we managed to build him up to have more upper body strength and power en route to leading @kentpanthersacademy to multiple titles in its inaugural season.

Looking forward to see what next year at California brings.

Since the end of 25’ season, Luca was expressing his intent to make a change for the incoming season.

The start was rocky with a lot of adjustments, past and new injuries needing to be managed and a new playstyle prove.

Luca stayed consistent and I’m happy to see the results.

Next season we will see how he does now fully adjusted and still getting better.

To most, plyometrics is just about jumping higher.

To me, I use it as a tool to develop my athlete’s muscular & joint health and their movement quality.

Coaching development teams for 2 years is not for the weak. But when it pays off it’s more gratifying. Riding back-to-back wins, I’m proud to see how far these young men have come so far.
