Vision always been bigger than the bigger picture 🪬

So grateful to be a part of something much bigger than just myself. To tell my year ago me the things we’d be doing; traveling, teaching the game, and impacting others just through the sport of basketball at the level I am is something I would have never thought was possible.

Thank you for everyone who made this thing possible. God put the right people in my circle and the same way iron sharpens iron, I’ve grown, learned, and elevated in each and every way on and off the court.

Proud of where we’ve come, but still got light years to go. Let’s build @__josiahdavis

SHOOTING IN RHYTHM requires balance, energy transfer, and direction 🎯

In this drill with @__josiahdavis we are working on his ability to apply force STRAIGHT DOWN into the ground by hopping and STRAIGHT UP through his shooting motion

By doing this, you can make your shot more fluid, quicker, and balanced by focusing on dropping straight down and straight up while finishing with your elbow and wrist towards the rim 🔥🔥
