On Mondays we do lower 🥵 shout out to my gal @r.ebeccajones for keeping me accountable and getting me back into enjoying my training over the last 3 weeks!!!

Energy levels were low today and I’ve been really struggling with my balance of work, my training and netball but it’s been so good being in comms with her and having a program that works around all of that!!! Appreciate you sm! ❣️

Been a bit quit on here lately…
Between injury + being sick, training hasn’t looked quite how I wanted it to.

But this is your reminder (and mine 🤭) you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to get back into it.

First session back at F45 and we building from here 🤝🏾
Consistency over everything.

Seeing progress like this is why I love coaching.

Strength, confidence and consistency building week by week.

This one is extra special. Walking into a gym can be pretty intimidating when you’re young, but she shows up every session ready to give everything a go, even when we’re laughing and trying things that feel a bit silly at first.
Watching her confidence grow has been so cool, and I was so proud when she messaged me to say she made her netball team 🥹
