F.I.T. = Fitness Inspired Training. I founded this style of training in 2009. Throughout my career, I have helped transform how people look, and feel not just physically but emotionally. I have found through a customized approach to health, leads to improved physical and emotional well being.

Over time, I have become a thought leader and industry speaker specifically helping women and businesses break out of their shells, feel inspired and overcome the stigma of talking about hard topics that most people shy away from. Not here! Through this process I came up with a #tedtalk for business leaders called ShareUrShit.

Within the fitness community I created a platform, focused on breaking the misunderstanding and misinformation that is out there. Such as highlighting pitfalls around women’s physical, emotional fitness and health. Did you know added stress for a woman can cause them to burn 104 fewer calories than non-stressed women?!

This is an outrage ! How did I miss National Daughters Day ? Nothing gets by @sylviemac11 and I love her for that . I love that she advocates for herself , I love how she supports her friends and family , I love that she is fiercely loyal, I love that she is funny , smart and absolutely adorable . And most of all I love that she is ours and we get to celebrate her everyday. Thanks for keeping it real Sylvia Claire !

Sometimes after a big event or experience we forget to take a moment and just reflect. I have been trying in this new stage of life to enjoy the little moments. I feel very blessed to live where I do , surrounded by nature , and opportunities to find calm. Today I just wanted to share that with friends near and far.

New can feel scary. Showing up can feel uncomfortable. But if we want something different, we have to be willing to show up differently.

A few favorites from yesterday’s Creative Chixx Conference, along with everything I brought home: inspiration, admiration for the incredible women around us, a gorgeous picnic lunch, a powerful reminder that connection always wins over competition, a sound bath that had us all grounded.
