AMYS 9 WEEK TRANSFORMATION🚀

Genuinely could not be prouder of this girl🥹

Amy came to me feeling stuck with her training, struggling with consistency and unsure how to structure her workouts.

She wasn’t fuelling herself properly, had lost the enjoyment in going to the gym and, most importantly, didn’t realise just how much she was actually capable of🙈…

Fast forward 9 weeks… AND LOOK AT HER!!!
✨ 87.7kg → 78kg
✨ 9.7kg DOWN
✨ Waist: 100.2cm → 85.8cm
✨ Hips: 111cm → 95cm
✨ Thighs: 64.2cm → 60cm
✨ Arms: 33cm → 30cm
But honestly… the measurements are only a small part of why I’m SO proud of her… Amy has completely changed her relationship with training☺️🤌🏼

She learned how to fuel herself properly, became so much more consistent, started enjoying the gym again and pushed herself to do things she genuinely didn’t think she could do👏🏻
AND SHE EVEN FOUND A LOVE FOR RUNNING!! 🏃🏼‍♀️💗

That is what makes me happiest as a coach.

Watching someone go from “I don’t think I can” to “LOOK WHAT I JUST DID” will never get old. 🥹

I can give you the plan, the guidance, the accountability and the support — but YOU showed up.
YOU put in the work.
YOU kept going when it wasn’t perfect.
YOU challenged yourself.
And YOU achieved this.
I’m so, so proud of you Amy!!! This is just the beginning!! 🥂✨

And if you’re reading this thinking…
“I want to feel like that too.”
Maybe you don’t need another diet, another random workout plan or another Monday where you promise yourself you’ll start again….
Maybe you just need the right support, structure and someone in your corner.. (me lol xx)

Ladies, let’s talk about priorities….

Some women worry about getting bulky, developing calluses or getting a “runner’s bum”… but what about the things we should be thinking about when it comes to our long-term health?

Worried about calluses? What about losing bone density? Strength training helps maintain bone strength and is especially important as we approach and move through menopause, when declining oestrogen can accelerate bone loss and increase the risk of osteoporosis🩻

Worried about looking bulky? Building significant muscle takes time, consistency and intentional training. Lifting weights can help us maintain muscle mass, improve strength, support our metabolism and stay independent as we age 🏋🏻‍♀️

Worried about getting a “runner’s bum”? What about losing muscle strength, balance and the ability to do the things we love as we get older? Exercise helps us build a body that supports us, not just one that looks a certain way 🏃🏽‍♀️

And what about your heart?🫀Cardiovascular exercise helps improve heart health, blood pressure and fitness, while regular physical activity can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The truth is, exercise isn’t just about how we look in our leggings… 🍑
It’s about our bones, our muscles, our heart, our confidence and our quality of life 🦴

Especially for women, we need to stop seeing strength training as something to fear and start recognising it as an investment in our future selves 🗝️

You don’t need to lift the heaviest weights, train every day or have a perfect routine.

Start where you are, build consistency and find a form of movement you enjoy⭐️

Train for the body you want, but more importantly, train for the life you want to live 📚

Your future self will thank you.

✨ Ready to start investing in YOU?

Through my personal training, I help women build strength, confidence and healthier habits that last — without the pressure to be perfect or the fear of lifting weights.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your fitness journey but don’t know where to begin, I’d love to help you.

you workout…. but are you fit?🫁

There’s an important distinction between being strong and being physically fit…

Strength is your ability to produce force🏋🏻‍♀️

Fitness, particularly endurance fitness, is your ability to produce and sustain that force repeatedly — while managing fatigue and recovering quickly enough to do it again💪🏼🏃🏽‍♀️

And that distinction becomes very obvious in a workout like this.

Three rounds:

750m run.
500m SkiErg.
20m BBJ .
500m row.

What makes this difficult isn’t any individual movement.

It’s the accumulation of work.

The run elevates your heart rate and respiratory demand. The ski and rower add substantial muscular demand while continuing to challenge your aerobic system. Then you have the board jumps, where you’re asking for repeated explosive force when you’re already fatigued.

So you’re testing several qualities simultaneously:
- aerobic capacity
-muscular endurance
- power
- movement efficiency
- your ability to recover between efforts.

That’s why someone can be very strong in the gym but struggle with a circuit like this.

Strength tells you how much force you can produce.

But fitness tells you how effectively your body can supply energy, transport oxygen, tolerate fatigue and recover — while continuing to perform🫀

And that matters because real-world physical performance rarely happens as one perfect repetition.

It’s repeated efforts.

Run. Work. Recover. Repeat.

So yes, strength matters.

But if you want a body that isn’t just capable of producing force, but capable of repeatedly using that force under fatigue…

You need to train your fitness too.

Because being strong is about what you can do once.

Being fit is about what you can keep doing📈

IT’S ALL ABOUT MINDSET. 🧠

Today I went for a 100kg deadlift, and honestly, I was in my own head.

I was making excuses. I was hesitating. I was doubting myself, saying “i cant do this.”

I couldn’t even get the bar off the floor.

Then I changed my mindset.

I stopped overthinking, got hyped up by @cala_fitness 🌟, approached the bar with confidence and just committed to the lift.

And suddenly… 100kg came off the floor, and i locked it out🥹

The weight didn’t change.
My strength didn’t magically change.
But my mindset did.

Confidence plays such a massive role in the gym. Sometimes the biggest thing holding you back isn’t your physical ability — it’s the self doubt.

That doesn’t mean confidence replaces hard work or proper training. It means you need to trust the work you’ve already put in and give yourself the chance to perform.

So next time you’re about to attempt something that scares you:

Stop making excuses.
Stop talking yourself out of it.
Trust your training.
Believe in yourself.
And commit.

You might be capable of more than you think🩷
