2026 is all about breaking that flesh! Thank you God for allowing me another year to conquer all the goals you set in my heart🙏🏽 by @trainwithnay

Don’t EVER be ashamed about learning as you go. Many won’t even take that leap to start something new. As cringey as this first clip may be to me, I know someone else can use it as inspiration, even if it’s just one person. We All start somewhere! Trust God and allow yourself to step out your comfort zone. Uncomfortability is where there are no limitations🦾💐 #gym #gymmotivation by @trainwithnay

Mid/end of 2024 I decided I wanted to do a bulk. I did a dirty bulk which did not work for my body type… 2025 I made a commitment to myself to eat very clean and include more cardio and high intensity workouts. Being consistent is very challenging when you’re working and going to school, but it’s NOT impossible. Here’s a hit workout that I created for myself that has helped me boost my stamina and edurance🦾
Workout details:
Box jumps 4 x 10/12
Wall throws 4 x 10
Squat to over head press 4 x 10
Ski erg 3 x 1 minute
Kettlebell swings 4 x 12
Finish off with 30 mins of cardio (sprints, runs, incline walk, or stair stepper) by @trainwithnay

My first GRWM…🫣🦾🤸🏽‍♀️
I want to start being active on this account again but being a full time student and nurse is very time consuming lol. I’m a little shy BUT I will be stepping out my comfort zone...xoxo #trainwithnay #gym #grwm by @trainwithnay

2023🤝🏽2024
I want to thank the man above for bringing me to see another year. This has been the most challenging, yet successful year so far. I took soo many W’s and the losses I thought were losses were just experiences needed to learn and grow from. Life is FULL of surprises, but from such a young age I learned to never let the bad&ugly turn you ugly. Let your soul flourish, grow, prosper, forgive, and most importantly be genuine! My page shows not only the beauty, but the honest side of my fitness journey. This year I’m challenging myself not only being in school to further my degree in nursing, but to get my personal trainers license..🙈 I get so overwhelmed with everything I want to pursue and accomplish in this life bc I have a whole list😂 that sometimes I forget to be grateful for the everyday things that keep me going. My health, my knowledge, my support system, but most importantly my FAITH. Feed what feeds your soul, love on who loves you, and live life like there’s no tomorrow. Everything happens for a reason, even if you can’t see it rn know god has a plan for you. BE KIND!! & never block your blessings!!! You never know who you can inspire🙏🏽🦾🤍 by @trainwithnay

Reminder💡: Stretching is KEY to a better workout and overall a great way to increase range of motion when training your body!

I prefer dynamic stretches (quick and active movements) before my workout and static stretches (holding stretches between 10-20 secs long) after my workouts🦾 by @trainwithnay

A topic I feel that should be spoken on more here on social media…

One of the biggest mistakes I feel I make is the comparison of my flexed vs natural state body.

Social media only shows you the highlight and best part of things..No one is going to come on here and show an “unflattering” or “bad pic” or “insecurities” of themselves.

I show this because my biggest insecurity is my mindset about my body. I’m very very hard on myself and I am my worst enemy. I critique myself so much.. But my body has gotten me through 17+hr work days, 10+hr school days, 2+hr gym days, countless sleepless nights, running on no food all day, gotten me through many days running on 4/5hrs of sleep and I don’t appreciate it enough. Food is fuel for the BODY, and prayers and affirmations are fuel for the MIND.

Belly rolls are normal, bloating is normal, loose skin is normal AND flexing is normal, angles are normal and different lighting is normal

Love yourself. Love your flaws just as much as you love your strengths. And find what you can do better for yourself now, instead of criticizing what you should’ve done before

Just a reminder that NORMAL BODIES EXIST and social media is not always what you think by @trainwithnay
