New fav sports bra, if you only need minimal support. It’s called the @nuudiisystem and you can wear it a bunch of different ways by adjusting the straps. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but am loving it so far!

I’d recommend the @ahead_app as a fun way to improve your emotional intelligence.

It’s a micro-learning app (bite-sized lessons) with gamification features to keep you entertained.

I finished going through all the modules and received a ton of benefits.

The anger and anxiety modules were most helpful for me, personally, but the app also covers grief, heartbreak, positivity and confidence.

I bought the one-year subscription for $59.99 and finished the app in 3 months.
