Man when I tell u these young gentlemen gave there 100 percent they delivered most humbled ppl to work with they show up and put the work in and they work hard to their fullest !!

Man what a ride has it been lot of ups and downs I tried to fit every picture but I put the best moments here but .

2025 was a good year, but also one of the toughest of my life. Losing my dad in 2023 changed everything, and there were moments I didn’t know what to do or where I was headed. It got to a point where I didn’t even want to play soccer anymore. After months of struggling, I chose to go to therapy and focus on my mental health. I’m truly thankful to Dr. Ismal for helping me get back on track and giving me the strength to move forward.

Coaching became a huge blessing in my life. Helping kids grow, develop, and gain confidence reminded me why I fell in love with the game. Joining Juventus and meeting Coach Luis, Ali Renzo, and Coach Miguel was an amazing experience and something that will continue to grow !and my time at Impact was unforgettable. Reaching a final was crazy—even though we lost—but seeing the kids grow and compete made it all worth it.

Yonnas Soccer Training (YST) is something I’m extremely proud of. Going from zero clients and one session in June 2025 to multiple sessions within three months, hosting three tournaments, and building a strong community was unreal. Hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas tournaments showed me how powerful soccer is in bringing people together, and I’m grateful to help kids grow on and off the field.

I love playing soccer, but choosing between playing and coaching was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. I’m grateful for every amazing person I’ve met who helped me grow in my coaching journey and for every kid who trusted me with their development. Helping players compete, improve, and reach the next level means everything to me.

2026 will be a year to never forget. I’m thankful to take my team to the Delaware Cup, and I truly believe we will win it. I’m grateful for my family, for everyone who supported me, and for the opportunity to build YST. Long live Dad—I love you forever, and I will make you proud . Thank you all, and Happy New Year. Really good work yesterday I was amazed but the quality of play in the session clips don’t lie at all

Worked on lot of turn in and out of pressure in tight areas lots of fundamentals work went straight into finishing drill with a cross worked a lot of receiving and shooting the ball off different angles and went straight into 1v1

Those 1v1 were high level from attacking to defense was tense and that’s what I love to see

Both very much exciting players to watch very proud to coached both of them !

Here’s a quick recap of summer 2026 summer clips I have a lot of people I trained across couldn’t fit everyone but grateful for the quality and players I trained with all summer including the group sessions all the hard work dedication time effort really amazed

Group sessions will come back October November so be ready when I drop

Wow where do I begin

Right after playing Npsl and my last college szn in juco I said to myself one day I really want to start my own training page it wasn’t just a page it was a community and a strong foundation I’ve built which took consistency thought effort and a lot of commitment and dedication and throughout that time I worked on my licenses for coaching which i earned my ussf d license and grassroots license at the time

When doing my very first session in 2025 on this page exactly 1 year from today doing this on my own wasn’t easy and I was very nervous where would this take me but i stayed committed and loyal to myself and didn’t give up which at the end it payed off but i said it wasn’t done yet after getting more attention I wanted more so I Decided to make tournaments make a tournament team have more group sessions and small group and 1v1 plus a semi pro team in the spring

Not only when I made time for them and did my best to excel and made memories with the semi pro and tournament teams but I built a strong community across the dmv some of them I’ve built strong Friendships coaches and some for life and I couldn’t be more blessed with all of the opportunities I had

But with this page I want to help others not just the dmv but across world wide and I always remember saying if soccer wasn’t for me then ill make sure I help others grow and achieve their goals in life and in soccer

1 year making this page almost at 2k building strong. Clients week in and out and building so many connections with other teams just wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported and stay loyal

It was a lot of tough time with losing my dad and losing someone that you all loved and I loved to work with him and help become a top player but a better person in life which is Jeffrey but I know both of those amazing people are really proud of what we achieved ❤️❤️and it only keep growing and growing and I don’t want to stop here

Thanks guys for all your supporting and we will be active more in 2026 and beyond

Wow where do I even start

Super proud of Rashid along these years playing together and training but he had a lot of setbacks it was questionable when he would return or not to footy and I told Rashid exactly keep working hard and be consistent and don’t give up

I was giving him a lot of pointers in the game and even before the game when was walking up the field yesterday I told him you will get that goal because he been getting a lot of assist but he needed the rack the goals up and in this clip by 2nd half everything changed and he got the goal which I was really proud about

we also trained a lot of finishing work and tactical work and this week and by game time he was being very dangerous

When it gets hard and tough and that’s when the moments in your game really matter must keep battling and stay strong

I don’t just coach to coach I help you to execute and excel in the field and in life and accomplish your goals if interested follow @trainwithynfc and let’s go to work

REALLY GOOD SESSION YESTERDAY As both players prepare for their respective seasons really good combo went a lot of technical was impressive with the passing combinations then went to shooting and timing the run off the through ball being played went straight to 1v1 cb vs attacker picking the corners which i enjoyed the most then finished with fitness which wasn’t recorded

Overall great session !!

I don’t just work on strengths we work a lot of in game and weaknesses and positional training as well

copa debut 2026 I’ll be back for more !!

I know it didn’t go our way but I want to say huge thanks from players parents coaches the supporters that believed in us and for allowing me to coach in the biggest stage in the dmv and huge thanks to copa talento for this wonderful opportunity to play in will be forever grateful for every moment and will miss this 🙏🏿❤️

GREAT SESSION IN THE BOOKS FROM OUR MOCO FC PLAYER @dmvapk17

Worked on : agility passing receiving lots of touches and turns worked on finishing and did a workout series with 20 pushups squats high knees 1 min and full field sprints which I didn’t have on camera

Really impressed with the session looking for many more !!
