I’m an official TEDx Speaker yall 🥳
Last Friday I took the stage to share my talk, When Purpose Becomes the Metric.

I explored how we’ve been taught to define success by productivity, titles, and output, often at the cost of burnout and disconnection.

My message was simple: success should be measured by purpose, alignment, and impact. Not exhaustion.

Because success that costs you your humanity is not success.

I had such a good time chatting with @mflecknoe at CW39 H-Town Live about making Halloween a little more inclusive for every child!

Not every child will say “trick-or-treat,” make eye contact, or remember to say “thank you” and that doesn’t automatically mean they’re being rude.

Sometimes communication just looks different. 💛

A little understanding can go a long way in making sure every child feels welcome and included this Halloween.
