Nyxa velvet she can read a person in 10 seconds and drop the exact phrase that disarms them. She uses her emotional intelligence as a weapon — she knows when to be sweet to get what she wants and when to drop truths that burn. Her gold chain isn’t just style: it’s a quantum translator that lets her understand and speak any language in real time, but she pretends she doesn’t know so people underestimate her. by @trans_toons_art

FULL NAME: Velvet Vesper, a.k.a. "The Steel Rose"
SPECIES: Anthropomorphic Elf
AGE: Appears 27, true age unknown
OCCUPATION: Independent Spy / Freelance Vigilante
ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Neutral - she does what she believes is right, even if it breaks the law

APPEARANCE:
5'9" tall. Platinum blonde hair styled in a voluminous pin-up updo. Ice-blue eyes with sharp eyeliner. Always dresses in red: a tight dress with a high slit, white fur stole, and a belt with a gold buckle. Her pointed ears and small nose give her a feline look. She never goes out without her heels.

PERSONALITY:
Main Traits: Rebellious, just, seductive, defiant.
Virtues: Fiercely loyal to her people. Strong personal sense of justice. Does not tolerate abusers or tyrants.
Flaws: Irrationally stubborn. Holds grudges. Her hatred for Israel clouds her judgment and drags her into avoidable conflicts. She uses her looks as a shield and sometimes underestimates others.

POWERS & ABILITIES:
1. Feline Charm: Natural aura of persuasion. Can make people lower their guard or reveal information just by talking. Not mind control, but works best on weak or distracted minds.
2. Velvet Claws: Her nails can extend and become as hard as steel. Perfect for close combat or climbing.
3. Supernatural Agility: Reflexes, balance, and speed far above average. Can dodge bullets if she sees the shot coming.
4. Master of Disguise: Changes appearance and voice with ease. Her white stole can alter her silhouette to blend in.
5. Heightened Senses: Can track by scent and hear conversations through walls.

WEAKNESSES:
1. Pride: Won’t accept help easily. She’d rather fail alone than owe anyone a favor.
2. Political Blind Spot: Her hatred for Israel is visceral. She hates Israel for killing babies, and if a mission involves that government, she acts on impulse and loses objectivity, becoming predictable.
3. Tactical Vanity: Refuses to get dirty or mess up her hair. In fights in mud, sewers, or tight spaces, she performs worse to avoid ruining her look.
4. Extreme Cold: Her body is adapted to heat. Sub-zero temperatures slow her down a lot and nullify her Feline Charm.
5. Pure Silver: Direct contact with by @trans_toons_art
