These are NOT dance classes in📍Belfasts ✨
Performance isn’t what matters most.

You’ll learn how to warm up properly,
improve your technique, practice drills,
and learn new routines.

You’ll have space to free flow, freestyle,
and puzzle together the movements you’ve mastered.

Yes — we focus on mindful movement execution,
clean lines, control, and precision in your body…
but not only.

This is about you.
Where you start.
Where you’re going.

Your growth journey.
Your mobility.
Your breath and body control.
Your movement, posture, and presence in space.

It’s about you with yourself —
and you within a group. 💋

These are not just dance classes.
These are tools and opportunities to leave your past self behind, trust the process, and transform into your most radiant self ✨

Are you ready to shine 🌞 ? Move and apprehend more positively daily life situations - taking away what you learn in class and applying it into your lifestyle ? Are you ready to be the light for the people you’ll meet tomorrow?

✨ All ages • All bodies • All backgrounds
✨ Beginners to pros
✨ A safe space for women in Belfast

That AI challenge given by @alignnetworking turned into a reflection bringing a lot of clarity over the importance of network, team and social surrounding. I’m deeply grateful for the journey accomplished so far as an entrepreneur and blessed being able to connect with genuine ppl I’m please to work with and hang out with in my life as a Beauty & Spa salon owner, a dancer and videographer. 7years of sole trading after 10years of employment in different industries, teams and companies, in different countries. 2026/2027 is a bringing new chapter of growth, can’t wait to see who we are gonna be welcoming onboard to make beautiful things and big plans happen 🎉

✅ GOOD MATCH !

• Genuinely caring and wanting to see people thrive - not fall
• Values health, fitness & wellbeing, authenticity, arts, creativity, growth & development
• Positive, empowering, uplifting and abundant mindset
• Brings complementary skills, strengths, experience and knowledge
• Loves big ideas and isn’t afraid to make them happen
• Supports women, men, local businesses and community, inspired by others, not threatened
• Positive energy, action-oriented, reliable, trustworthy, strong work ethic and highly productive
• We’d achieve magical things together as a team!

Vs

🚫 KEEP AWAY !

• Wing-clippers who try to make ppl feel smaller
• People who discredit multi skill personas or reduce them to
“being all over the place” instead of recognising they simply have many strings to their bow
• Anyone trying to shrink a vision, an ambition or projects
• Gossipers, critics, or people who judge, look down on others, or drag people down
• All talk, no action
• Pushy sales vibe / only there to take, not give
• Doesn’t align with values or high standards
• Drains precious time or energy with negativity
• Just not our kind of people... and that’s okay!

——

👀 wanna try this challenge ?

insert a photo of yourself and type the following command:

‘Using everything you know about me and my business, place me at an Align Networking event beside the person I would collaborate with brilliantly and beside the person I would absolutely avoid all night. Explain both choices honestly, but keep it playful!’ taken in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK by @transcendancebelfast
