⚡️Comment “TRANSFORM” to join my 21 Day Identity Integration Journey that combines each of the methods I used to completely reinvent myself and my reality. by @transcendwtay

So what was it?

⚡️He teaches that once you emotionally and chemically teach your body what that desired future feels like by literally creating a PHYSIOLOGICAL response…You program an entirely new state of being.

Because when your brain and body believe that experience is REAL, you condition your cellular biology as if the future has already happened.

He calls it “creating a memory of the future.”

And since the reality we experience is simply a MIRROR to our internal state of being - reality shifts. And it shifts FAST.

When you combine a Clear Intention + an Elevated Emotion, you’re literally rewriting your DNA.

This is light years more effective than affirmations, scripting, and any other method that just scratches the surface.

It’s exactly what inspired me to create guided, visualization practices that anchor you into a new reality on a deep, NEUROLOGICAL and BIOLOGICAL level.

And it’s literally allowed me to manifest opportunities overnight.

Shout out to Dr. Joe😏

It’s hidden in the most simple moment of your day...

the seconds right before you fall asleep🌙

Why?

Because in that in-between state (what neuroscience calls the hypnagogic state), your subconscious mind is the most impressionable to transformation🧠

It isn’t filtering, doubting, or analyzing... it’s just receiving.

And Neville taught that if you VIVIDLY imagine the scene of your desire as though it’s already real (not hoping for it, but experiencing it you’re essentially programming your subconscious to accept it as fact

Most people don’t realize...every night they’re unintentionally scripting tomorrow by replaying stress, regret, or fear as they drift off.

And then they wonder why life keeps looping the same cycles.

But when you flip this moment and use it with intention...

You stop reliving the past... and start embodying the future.

⚡️You wake up different.
⚡️You think, feel, and act from a higher self-concept.
⚡️You literally step into a new version of yourself overnight.

That’s why I created a guided practice that walks you exactly through this process - no second guessing, no “am I doing it right?”

Just proven, neuroscience-backed techniques that rewire your mind during its most receptive states!

And that’s only one of the tools... I built several practices designed to help you work with your brain + body instead of against them, so transformation becomes natural, not forced.

Most people think meditation is only used to clear your mind and place yourself into stillness…

And yes, while that form of meditation is highly beneficial, there are even MORE effective ways to manifest with it.

I use what I call ⚡️Active Meditation⚡️ to shift my reality at a much faster rate.

Inside these practices we:

🔋Leverage Theta-inducing brainwave frequencies (such as binaural beats) that are proven to access the same transformative state as hypnosis

🔋Guide you through immersive visualization to embody and experience the desire already being fulfilled NOW

🔋Step into the feeling and IDENTITY of the version of you who naturally lives that reality

🔋Calibrate your subconscious and nervous system to familiarize the desire so that they no longer block you from receiving it

The reason they work so well is because it NORMALIZES what you want to your mind and body.

Neuroscience proves normalization = rapid manifestation.

These practices have helped me manifest faster than any other method and that’s exactly why I’m so excited to share them with you.

I created a full library of them based on my 5 years of research on the science behind manifestation!

And I even have a completely FREE practice for you to try🎧
