When a medical professional sees the vision behind Snatched. 🤍

I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Maryam Rahimi and discuss how the Snatched compression garment can be used beyond recovery, including its potential to provide structured posture and core support during everyday wear.

One of the things she immediately noticed was the comfort of the garment. Our design combines a soft cotton-rich, hypoallergenic inner lining against the skin with a latex exterior that provides the compression and structure.

The goal has always been simple: create a garment that gives women support without making them feel restricted.

Post-op recovery. Postpartum. Posture support. Everyday confidence.

A treatment tailored to my body? Yes, please 🤎✨ I visited @infuselifela for a combination of Icoone technology and manual lymphatic drainage massage, with Michelle taking care of my session.

What I loved about her approach is that she treats the whole body while giving extra attention to the areas you’re concerned about. It makes the session feel personal, with time spent on what matters to you.

Michelle combined the device-based Icoone treatment with hands-on manual lymphatic drainage, bringing both techniques into one session. It was such an interesting experience seeing how she worked across different areas rather than focusing on just one spot!

Of course, my @snatched_by_laura Colombian faja was part of my routine too 💅🏽 With its 96% cotton lining, flexible boning and adjustable hooks, it gives me a comfortable, supported fit, and I love the silhouette it creates while I’m wearing it.

🎾 A little Wimbledon girl taking her tennis skills to Beverly Hills! ☀️🌴

I had a private tennis lesson with @joincitytennis in the heart of Beverly Hills, on such a beautiful outdoor court! 💚

Although I live in Wimbledon, London, where tennis is practically part of the culture, I have to admit I’m still far from being a pro! 😂 I know how to play, but because I don’t practise nearly enough, there’s definitely room for improvement!

My lovely instructor, @namastenina was incredibly patient, calm and encouraging throughout the entire session. She made me feel comfortable, helped me work on my technique and made the whole experience so enjoyable! 🥹❤️

EMS, wood therapy and Snatched Colombian fajas? all at @elitebodysculpting___ ! 🤎✨ Here’s what my body-sculpting session involved.

We started with EMS, which uses electromagnetic energy to stimulate muscle contractions in the targeted area. Next came wood therapy, also known as maderoterapia, and this is where things got interesting! 👀

They used an automated wooden massage roller I’d never seen before. It creates continuous rolling movement as the therapist guides it over the body, instead of relying entirely on manual pressure. I loved seeing this different approach to traditional wood therapy!

A little body sculpting session in LA with @youngerface.bodyla 💚✨

As someone who loves fitness, wellness and taking care of my body, I’m always curious to explore new treatments that can complement my lifestyle! 💅🏽

Why are most compression garments on the market still so… ugly? 😭

One of the KEY things that sets Snatched apart is that we refused to choose between function and aesthetics. Our corsets are beautifully designed, extremely well made, and actually something you’ll WANT to wear. 💅🏽
