So I was involved in a hit and run this morning. Thankfully my family wasnt hurt. So this message is for me and anyone thats ever felt #guilt, #anger, #shame, all at the same time. Remember to breathe and try showing yourself some compassion. by @transformed_author

It's not that many of us don't want to see change. It's that we have gotten used to avoiding discomfort and make excuses to protect the things that soothe us while they silently hold us back.

Reaching the next level not only requires grit, but a conscious realization that the level of change you see in your life is in direct proportion to the sacrifices you are willing to make. by @transformed_author

Transformation doesn't happen overnight. It starts with one good decision after another.

Higher Resolution Living -> Understanding that it's okay to want more — better quality, more meaningful experiences, and a greater degree of that which brings you joy, fulfillment, and purpose. But HRL equally acknowledges that in order for it to manifest with the aid of the universe, you too must transform into a higher, deeper, and greater aspect of yourself. Are you ready for your next step in the journey?

I'm excited to say that the keys are coming in 2026 by @transformed_author

Self-care isn’t all about indulgence — it’s appreciation without apology.

When you choose yourself, even in small moments, you rewrite your whole energy.
Protect your peace. Honor your growth. Move like you deserve good things...because you do.

Snippets from the chapter on finding housing and building stability.

I remember being eager, almost desperate to find a place i could call home. Ironically, standing on 10 toes often requires boldness to face the multitude of outcomes that could come as the cost of authenticity. But in the end it i find that it is always worth it, to fully face the world, broad shouldered being 100% you.

Nourishing the ability to fully feel and unapologetically express your thoughts, emotions, values and even fears are hallmarks of stepping boldly towards a more vulnerable lifestyle. The beauty in this is rests in authenticity, in this idea that you can be fully you, the good , the bad, and the imperfect without fear of reprisal or need for outside validation. In essence, you come to recognize that you alone are the source of self actualization, internal peace, and security.

This in turn allows for deeper and more honest, and more emotionally direct relationships with those who play pivotal roles throughout your life. You also open yourself up to things which may be challenging, but also to things that may be extremely rewarding. But will you take the chance?

The question then becomes are you striving towards a more authentic and vulnerable you? Are you seated fully within yourself, bringing awareness to all you think and feel, or do you cast the more undesirable parts of yourself aside to try and focus only on what feels good in the moment? Are you tip toeing in and out of important conversations where your voice needs to be heard and your positions fully understood or are you reducing yourself and the power of your experiences to fit the mold and preserve the status quo?

The choice is always yours but a more fulfilling life with powerful connections and relationships is waiting on the real you. It is waiting on all of you.

Things can always take a turn for the better. This is the fuel that powers the mindset of the resilient. Though there are moments in life when our backs are against the wall and we are put in situations which seem impossible to break through, nurturing the belief that things can change often lends enough hope to help us conquer those difficult moments, minutes, hours, and days.

Though looking back at the things you've already overcome can help, it is often brief and does very little to address the intensity of the emotions you feel in the present moment. Rather than attempt to conquer these thoughts or fears, the dread that digs at your chest, the tightness of frustration or the sorrow that simmers below the surface of the heart, the key is in first awareness then transmutation of these raw emotions. And this can only be done after sufficient time and conscious awareness has been placed on experiencing what you feel, by embracing your natural response to what's going on within as a result of what's going on around you.

Resilience is future oriented but executed in the present by hope, a courageous heart, and a determined mind. It is both a natural gift and an acquired skill which can be harnessed to empower you for all of life's challenges.
