Annual camping trip with my dad and @conradpress. It was a cold one! No UFO’s like we usually see, but a wild experience with what I think was some sort of alien entities? Night paralysis and a conversation with the super unknown. Lots of movement in the field our first night. A spooky one this time around for sure. ♥️ by @transmuta_person

hi! I got 18 yrs sobriety today! I almost forgot. This year has been a particularly tough one as I developed chronic migraines and vertigo and am still trying to get it figured out. I can’t imagine what this year would’ve looked like if I was drinking still. I’m so grateful to be alcohol free and if ya need any help, reach out! here’s me in Latvia! Love ya’s ♥️☀️😎 by @transmuta_person

Happy New Year pals! Many folks have been asking about Gestalt Coaching in the new year, and rather than explain through DM’s I offer this free service. If you’re interested in learning about the process of Gestalt, it’s benefits, and the difference between therapy and coaching, this session is for you! It’s so fun and I look forward to experimenting with you! Use my Calendly in my bio to book! #gestaltcoaching #existentialism #hereandnow #mindfulness #coaching by @transmuta_person

God morgen! I got 17 years sobriety today. Holy smokes that’s weird to say! Many thanks to all the folks who helped me out and kept me sane in the early days and all my fam and buds who keep me real today. If you’re needing some support, give me a holler! Hold each other tight. Love ya ♥️ by @transmuta_person

I’m so grateful for these dudes @imperialemporium and @bellsin33
and our band. It brings me so much joy and is one of the greatest highlights in my life. What a whirlwind weekend of performances. Our PAN performance was so special welcoming guests on the staircase as they walked in. Thanks @avidequestrian for the pics! #pandemonium2025 by @transmuta_person
