Another successful punch list acquired - completed ✔️ This build came with a variety of challenging tasks including all city permits, scheduling, meetings, home owner requests and a whole bunch of other items. Very happy with the finals and another completed full build. Our clients have been great throughout this project and extremely satisfied with our due diligence! If you’re looking for your custom build in the future please feel free to reach out to our team. #quincy #boston #home #customized #gc taken in Quincy, Massachusetts by @transparent_focus

Another successful development completed @j2wo_ We started this one with no plans just a vision. Clients wanted us to subdivide their lot so that they could enjoy their dream m Started with a plan to build/some great ideas, architect, engineer, then went to zoning for approvals @patjfoley was fantastic help throughout this project. This property was completely transformed with meticulous thoughts and planning. Very pleased with the outcome and added a lot of value to another street in Quincy, Ma. Progress update! 🔨

We teamed up with @luongocontracting on this third-floor addition project, and we’re making serious progress. The roof is on, the extended roof deck is framed, and the house is almost weather-tight.

The finish line is in sight—stay tuned for the final touches and the next video to see how it all comes together! 👀🏡

Two months of work in 45 seconds 👍🏻 Extremely happy with this project, a full gut on two bathrooms and a full update was much needed for this beautiful home. We did extensive amounts of work here to reframe Master bath and ensure every inch for the walk in. We added new separate shut off lines 🔧 as well as all new home runs for electric ⚡️ We love East Boston minus the parking 🅿️ If you are looking in #eastboston for any #construction #remodel #renovation #bathrooms we are the crew to hire ! taken in East Boston, MA by @transparent_focus

Nothing more in life I ever wanted, then to be able to show my son a life of hard-work, dedication, reputation, and experiences. Teaching the younger generations and kids these days what life is as a working man has been my highest goal for me. Looking forward to the future and making it and extra task for me to give back to anyone out there wanting to learn the trades. We have provided additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and regular tasks for all. We provide continuous efforts for my best available work possible! Can’t wait to see the future completion set the highest expectations. #goals #younger #generations #son #leadership taken in Quincy, Massachusetts by @transparent_focus
