HENFTs@henft.eggs I have 5 IRL chickens laying IRL eggs in my backyard every damn day. While they are delicious, they are a little too… fungible in their current state.Where some see breakfast I see generative art. Henerative art?I’ve hatched a new scheme where I will be releasing 1:1 scans of these eggs as NFTs as the chickens lay them and when I have time to scan them (at least weekly). The logic behind them is pretty complex, but it can be simplified into some mental models. One one hand you have the Discriminator, this is the kind of AI most people are used to. It tells you whether the input image matches what it knows for a given dataset. Face recognition on your phone for example is a kind of Discriminator. On the opposite side (its adversary) you have the Generator. The Generator takes random noise and processes it and then passes it along to the Discriminator intending to fool the discriminator. The Discriminator then guesses whether the generated image is real (part of the sample set) or fake (part of the generated set)!and then passes that information back to the Generator. The Generator uses that information to tune its random noise processing to generate something which is more likely to fool the Discriminator.These two algorithms are repeatedly pitted against each other over hundreds of thousands of iterations and in the process make each other stronger and smarter.Eventually the generator is able to create examples that are indistinguishable from real samples to both the machine discriminator and - the ultimate discriminator - the human eye.#ai #ml #nft #gan #thecurrency #thecounterfeit #crypto #trypophobia #trippy by @transqualia

I found some really sik bootleg New balance but the N was reversed so it looked like И on the shoes. They were really terrible shoes and hurt my feet but they were like 20 dollars so I was stoked. Ok got a lot to share. 1. I’m dropping a new NFT tomorrow counterfeit:counterfiat @withfoundation It’s a fun bootleg Damien Hirst generated by a GAN. Probably some time in the morning. This has been in the works for a while 2. Got a "DJ set" tomorrow. More like just a group listening session where I'll be present queueing up music and answering q's in the chat.
