TRASH's back from the dead...
With a message from Hell.

I have once again made my yearly escape from the crypt, this time to make my return once again to Northern Contemporary's @northerncontemporary 5TH annual NIGHTMARE ON RONCESVALLES. This is always a fun Halloween gallery show, and I've been wanting to be in it again since the first time I was a part of the event in 2023.

What will I have displayed at the show you may ask?

All will be revealed at the show's opening reception Thursday, October 22nd (6PM to 9PM). You'll just have to come join me there or visit during the duration of the show to see them in person.

Don't miss out on a chance to see real art in person, meet the artists, and maybe even purchase some amazing local art. A couple of my friends and fellow artists will have pieces there too so you really don't wanna miss this one.

The show runs from October 22nd to November 3rd (see Northern Contemporary's page for hours of operation)

P.s. go watch ROCKTOBER BLOOD, or atleast checkout it's soundtrack it's a hell of cheesy heavy metal slasher.

And thank you to everyone who submitted, it's so lovely to see how creative the community is.

We hope you'll join us in November for our next meet up

Heed the warning, there be monsters afoot!
But more importantly keep that seat and lid down

Cramps Collage Collision: Part 4

The Final two pieces in my Ten piece series of mixed media collages based around The Cramps and classic monsters.

Nosferatu - You Got Good Taste

The Bride - I'm Customized

Series is finally done, very proud of myself for completing this series and challenge. 10 pieces produced in a month, I haven't been this creatively productive in a very long time. I even completed most of the Nosferatu piece at our monthly Art Club at @swandiveto
(Which happens every SECOND Sunday 6PM to 8PMish; all are welcome, all experience levels or art mediums welcome)

Now that I'm done these, I'll take a small break and think up what's next for me to create. 🤔🤔

Possible very limited collected art book to be made of these pieces in the future, if there's interest.

Cramps Collage Collision: Part 3

The next two pieces in my Ten piece series of mixed media collages based around The Cramps and classic monsters.

Metaluna Mutant - Weekend on Mars

The Phantom - What's Behind the Mask

This series has been so much fun to work on, kinda sad there's only two left to make (tho I may sneak in a bonus one if I can figure out my idea for a certain Universal Monster not seen yet 🤔)

But I implore anyone with an interest in creating or making art to try out collage making, either analog or digital. Especially in this increasingly mindless AI world, challenge yourself and your creatively to create something from anything you have lying around or can find yourself. You'll be surprised how much fun it is and what you can create, even if it's just for yourself
