THANK YOU to everyone for the birthday wishes I appreciate each and every person who reached out. As I reflect on my birthday weekend, I stand overwhelmed with love and extreme gratitude for another year, another chance at life. From emergency surgery to handle my stroke and brain bleed, 48 hours intubation, 3 weeks in the ICU to then get out of the hospital 5 weeks later, and now without a wheelchair or a walker have the ability to do everything on my own, I am blessed beyond comprehension. Your prayers that have come from all around the world are a true gift from God. Thank you to my retired nurse mother who called the ambulance and was there from beginning to end, your resilience saved my life. This year marks the most impactful year of my life both physically and spiritually as well as entrepreneurially. The future is so bright because THE BEST IS YET TO COME! Another Year to be ALIVE, Another Year to GRIND! by @trav.iswright

FIRST OFF - God is so good it’s unbelievable, we do not deserve his grace. I am more than blessed. No, I wasn’t ignoring you. While you all have been carrying out your daily lives, there was almost no more Trav, yes I almost died and was fighting for my life. About one month ago today on September 25th, I was up against the biggest opponent in my life. Bleeding in my brain (a brain bleed), a full blown stroke, the entire right side of my body left unusable (we thought paralyzed), intubated for two whole days (kinda like being a coma but it was a medical decision.) And when you thought it was done, full blown surgery, a hole drilled in my head to stop all the bleeding. (The hole is now closed thanks to my amazing team of techs, assistants, nurses, and doctors at Baptist Hospital.) Thank you!Which car hit me??? NONE!!! Stress is a real thing and High blood pressure is even more dangerous. Maybe I’m overworking myself, yes but this is the path I choose. Maybe I’m overthinking things but it’s definitely as serious as this pictures. A tube down both my nose and down my throat into my lungs. Imagine waking up and not even being able to speak for days.If you know me you know, I’m extremely strong minded and set on what I want but Usually when this happens God is doing his “great redirection”. Who remembers 2020? God has protected me and has kept me through all things!!Moral: I’ve done nothing wrong or negative to a single person. In fact not a single person can come forward and say different. Sometimes these things happen whether it be for course correction or simply by Gods will. No matter how difficult the situation is, if you are given the opportunity to bounce back you are ALREADY blessed. Some are not as lucky. Thank you to everyone who checked in on me, who came to visit me, those who tried, and a very very special person who was on the phone when it happened. 🫶🫶🫶Another Year to be ALIVE, Another Year to GRIND!
