in these cold and snowy times, the best thing to do next to being on a vacation is reflecting on your past one! I compiled photos and memories from my first ever two cruises, and I hope the warmth inspires you all to start thinking about planning your next vacation ! This April, I had the pleasure of traveling to London (my first real international trip) with two of my closest friends, and it was a blast! The food was great, I saw a lot of sights, and overall had a splendid time. Here’s a photo dump of what I did, and if anyone’s interested in a short recap video, let me know in the comments below! I encourage everyone to go to Europe or England at least once, and if you love or are familiar with cities, London should be on your list!

Are you planning on sailing on Royal Caribbean in the next year? If so, take a careful look at your itinerary. If you’re already booked to head to Labadee Haiti, from now until April 2026, check your email! Royal has cancelled sailings to Labadee through the end of April due to political unrest. If you are planning on booking a sailing during this time, or after, be on the lookout for a changed or upgraded itinerary. Have you been to Labadee Haiti?

Shakespeare In The Park is an amazing way to see a quality theatre production for free! Tickets are a little tricky to get, but if you can score them it is absolutely worth the performance. This year there is a star studded cast including Lupita Nyongo, Sandra Oh, Peter Dinklage, and many more amazing performers! I had an amazing time!

Nassau, Bahamas may be one of the most popular cruise ports for east coast sailings. Next time you see it on your cruise itinerary, or are simply dreaming of heading to a Bahamian Paradise, consider doing these:
1. Junkanoo Beach
One of the free beaches in Nassau that’s closest to the pier, Junkanoo has beautiful waters filled with fish, great views of incoming and departing ships, and is close to Margaritaville, for those who prefer a resort- style vacation. Consider buying a drink from a local vendor while you relax in the sand and soak up the sun.

2. Free Walking Tour
Walking around is free, but knowing where you’re going is valuable! There are many free walking tours of Nassau available online, but the one I used when I was there was by Traveling with Nikki. You determine your speed, pace, and any detours you’d like to make; all while learning about the culture and people of Nassau.

3. Try some Conch!
Conch, pronounced conk, is a staple food of the Bahamas. It’s a seafood delicacy that’s hard to find elsewhere. Many restaurants find creative ways to prepare it for people with all kinds of palates: conch fritters, conch salad, cracked conch, conch stew- you name it, you can probably find it!
