Let’s talk about the iconic olive trees of Greece 🌿

In Greece, they’re not just trees.
For centuries, they’ve symbolised peace, wisdom and prosperity something you really start to feel when you’re actually standing here.There’s even a story that the olive tree was a gift from the goddess Athena herself, given to the city of Athens.
And honestly… being surrounded by them, you understand why they’re so special. 🤩

But what I loved most is how present they still are in everyday life.
From the landscapes to the food, olives and olive oil are everywhere still such a big part of the culture.

Let’s talk about Milos, the island of wonders 🌴

Milos may not always be the first name that comes to mind when you think of the Greek islands… but trust me, it’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

From the moment I arrived, I felt it.
The landscapes, the small villages, the beaches… everything just has this calm, effortless beauty. 🤍

⚓️But what surprised me most is that Milos is so much more than just pretty views.
The island is rich in history, with ancient ruins and archaeological sites that you can actually walk through and experience. It really makes you pause and realise how much has happened here before us.

I came for the beaches…
but I stayed for everything else.

Hey guys,

Today I want to share a little adventure from Milos.

I visited the ancient theatre, and it honestly felt like stepping back in time.
It’s crazy to imagine that performances and gatherings once took place here thousands of years ago.

What I loved most is how well it’s still preserved.
You can really feel the history when you walk around.

If you’re visiting Milos, and you are a history lover like I am, I definitely recommend adding this to your list!

It’s something different from the beaches and totally worth it.

Did a day trip to Delos and it was honestly so worth it.

The island is basically one big open-air ruin.
You walk past temples, old houses, the theatre and the famous lions.

Hard to believe this used to be such an important trading island and according to mythology, the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis.

There’s also a museum (but when I went it was closed 🥲 so definitely check beforehand).

There are toilets, but no restaurants so bring water and snacks, especially in the heat.

If you’re staying in Mykonos and love a bit ofhistory, I’d recommend it. taken in Delos Island, Greece by @traveltipsbykim

POV: you accidentally found the most colourful village in Milos 🇬🇷

Klima feels like stepping into a postcard. ✉️
Rows of rainbow fishing houses, crystal-clear water and that soft Aegean breeze you never want to leave.

I didn’t swim that day.
I just walked along the shore.

Sometimes you don’t need an activity.
You just need a place that makes you feel something.

And right next to the water?
The cutest little seaside taverna where we had the freshest grilled fish. Simple. Local. Perfect.

Sometimes the best moments aren’t planned they just happen.
