Took a few days to recover and reflect on what we just pulled off — three shows across two countries, back-to-back. We smashed over 80k tickets across the board.

Kicking things off with Ultra’s debut in New Zealand was something special. Huge credit to our partners at Audiology — Mitch and Luke — for being outstanding collaborators. Selling out in year one was a massive result, and we’re incredibly grateful to Wellington Council for their support in making it happen.

Back in Australia we recorded our strongest ticket sales to date across both shows. Melbourne, as always delivered four seasons in a day, and behind the scenes there were real challenges — from complex artist logistics to rising costs driven by global pressures, we delivered a safe full festival across 4 stages.

Ultra Beach, turned it on, the energy from the fans was truly something special and of course the weather was perfect, record breaking sales for a Sunday.

This was easily one of the most mentally demanding weekends I’ve experienced in my time in festivals — but also one of the most rewarding. Proud of the team, proud of what we delivered and huge thanks for all suppliers and team who worked across all 3 shows, especially my wife @sgkalevitch for always supporting me.

As always lots of improvements still and excited to get stuck into it.

2027 is already in motion.

We often forget what truly matters. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been away from home and not as present, but seeing my little one on site today with a huge smile made everything worthwhile.

I don’t do this for self-gratification anymore; I do it to show her that no matter what, you can reach for the stars and your dreams.

I hear 40 is the new 20… and honestly, I’m ready for it.

Feeling incredibly grateful and excited for the next chapter of my life. The last 10 years have been such an amazing journey, full of moments that shaped me and memories I’ll carry forever. There are too many highlights to count, but these will always be at the top of the list:

Top 5 highlights:
• Becoming a dad to the most amazing little girl.
• Marrying my best friend and sharing life with the most incredible wife, partner, soulmate, and the best mum to Willow. @sgkalevitch
• Waking up every day and getting to do what I truly love for work.
• Having such an incredible circle of friends and family around me.
• My health — something I’m truly grateful for every single day.
