Morning workout with @moe_moe808

Girls to School

20 minute Ruck Walk (40#) & 50 Push-ups with same Ruck. Make time and as David Goggins would say, Stay Hard or Jocko would say Get Some.

5-minute Cold Plunge (49 degrees)

All before 9am!! Don’t ever say you don’t have time for “stuff”. You always have plenty of time. by @travis1730

Back at it with my wifey. @moe_moe808 Love working out with you. Yesterday by myself with that gross workout. Used 55# DB for snatches, did MB cleans instead of WB, did strict pull-ups and 115# Power Snatch

Today was good. Biked, did assisted pistols and used 25# on Devils Press. Both workouts were done ‘not for time’. Just move, slow and steady. by @travis1730

12 Days of Christmas is back at the HOTBox.

New version for us. Fun. And not crushing like the old HOTSIDE CrossFit version. Great start to the holiday festivities with my honey @moe_moe808 and the pups too. Now it is time to wake up the kids and get ready to bake some cookies and have some beers!

Merry Christmas!! taken in Tinley Park, Illinois by @travis1730

Freshman Year Homecoming. Unbelievable. The saying of ‘Where does the time go’ is fitting here. Can’t believe how grown up and beautiful @abbeygrace1023 is. We love you and proud of the kind young women you are becoming. by @travis1730

Where do the years go?

This past weekend was the Daddy-Daughter dance. I am so extremely lucky to have such kind, caring, loving, fun and beautiful daughters.

HERO WOD Saturday Complete. We had some first time visitors to the HOTBOX today.

We did Lumberjack 20 today. Tough workout but always easier when you read about the story behind the workout.

RIP Frederick Greene, Aaron Thomas Nemelka, Michael Pearson, Kham Xiong and the 9 other soldiers killed on November 5, 2009 at Fort Hood in Texas.
