24 hours on the Gold Coast for this year’s @madmex Convention at @peppershotels 💪🏼🌮

Massive thanks to the Mad Mex team for having me. It was a privilege to get up in front of everyone and share a bit of my journey.
We talked leadership, vulnerability, and the stuff I wish I’d worked out a lot earlier in my career.

The big one for me is being a @humanbeingfirst.co For a long time I let footy decide how I felt about myself. Good game, I was worth something. Bad game, I wasn’t.
What I know now is that who you are and what you do are two different things. When you separate them, you lead better, perform better and enjoy it a whole lot more.

It’s ok to be you. Not the perfect version, the real one.

Always grateful for the chance to have real conversations and hopefully leave people with something to take home 🙏🏼

Is the ‘Crows Curse’ actually legit, or is it pure footy fiction? 🤔

Loved sitting down with @clayystephens to talk about breathwork, meditation, and how it’s helped us both in our own journeys.

These tools have played a big role in helping me stay grounded, focused, and clear through the highs and lows.

It’s not about being an athlete. It’s not about performance.
It’s about learning how to slow down, reset, and show up better in life and for those around us.

For everyone. No matter who you are ♡ #HumanBeingFirst taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @travisboak10

Always good to collaborate with people who value the work that happens away from the spotlight.

@clayystephens and I caught up to talk about different strategies we use to navigate high-pressure environments, pursue high-performance outcomes on and off the sporting field, and ultimately live purposefully as often as possible. It’s been a big part of staying grounded and focused in sport and beyond.

These tools aren’t just for athletes, they’re useful for anyone! 🤍

Stay tuned for some footage from our session in the new year. by @travisboak10

High standards have always mattered to me, on the field and at home. 🏡

This space was uniquely designed with privacy and tranquillity in mind, with personal input throughout the design.
Every detail was intentional, from the architecturally designed finishes to the way the home flows.
