Love, laughter, emotion, dancing, great people & a lot of alcohol 🥂

It was an emotional day for everyone, but for some it was that little bit more. The little brother in me couldn’t be prouder of you, or happier to welcome such an amazing woman into our family ❤️

To Jake & Lauren 🥂❤️ by @traviscollado

This feeling has no name. Beyond words. by @traviscollado

The early mornings.
The double sessions.
The low motivation.
The 12-hour night shifts.
The sacrificed weekends.
The personal life stress.
The cancelled plans and distant friends.
The sessions where nobody was watching.
The days when my body felt beat up.
The days I was training through pain.
The rehab days that felt slower than progress.
When frustration was giving discipline a run for its money.
When injuries got in the way.
The doubt.
The pressure.
The mental battles nobody saw.
Learning patience with myself.
Starting again when it would’ve been easier to stop.

But most importantly faith to keep going anyway.

This race taught me the beauty of never giving up.
All it would have taken was 1 second.
That 1 second could have been 10s of hours of training, that last interval you couldn’t be bothered to do or self-pity.

But fortunately, that didn’t happen.

I truly gave this race and training block everything I had and it shows that hard work really does pay off when you stop giving yourself excuses.

Thank you to every single one of you who showed up to film, support or just scream ungodly things at me (it was needed). Family, friends and strangers.
I’m grateful 🤣❤️

And the biggest shout out to @justin.collado the man himself for always pushing me to new highs and always having faith in me, a role model.

This one was for me. And him 🪽

Next up: Cardiff solos and doubles before moving to the pro division.
But first… fixing my ankle 🥲

Thank you @rockcyclery for the support and supplements along the way⛽️

Shout out to @callum_ferrary & @michaelcanepa for all the photos and videos ❤️ by @traviscollado

Your environment shapes your standards.

Find your people. Push each other. Grow together.

Better habits. Higher standards. Stronger circles.
