Latest Joe Rogan when Joe is talking to Joey Diaz my name came up. Talking about a fight from 19 years ago. Weight cut went bad. Not sure how many times I made weight between making weight in High School Wrestling, College Wrestling and the Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling after. But I missed weight one time only when I was fighting Anderson Silva for the Middleweight UFC Championship. Joe went on to say nice things about my Jiu-Jitsu in this clip. by @travislutter

So grateful to have witnessed such a special moment. Your coral belt represents more than rank. It reflects years of commitment, sacrifice, leadership, and love for the art. Congratulations, Coach @travislutter ! ❤️🖤

🚨 New episode alert! 🚨

This week, I sit down with my first-ever black belt, UFC veteran Travis Lutter. We of course dive deep into jiu-jitsu, MMA, and championship mindset… but we also cover life after fighting, and evolving beyond the martial arts. Loved recalling Travis’ journey and hearing the lessons learned along the way, some of which I experienced with him! 🥋

Don’t miss this mix of stories, insights, and hard-earned wisdom. 29 years of friendship in this episode. Tune in!

The first punch… and both his hands went numb.

Just fire running through the fingertips, and he knew something was very wrong.
Turns out he fought with a broken neck. 🤯

He wasn’t scared of getting hit, it was only what he couldn’t remember.

When you replay your entire day just to check if it's all still there… that’s when everything changes.

Here's how a UFC veteran protected his brain during brutal sparring.
Sometimes strength isn’t pushing harder, it’s knowing when to protect yourself.

Train smart. 🧠☕️

🎧 Ep. 18 with the legend, Travis Lutter, is out this Friday!
