Am in awe of the amazing athletes @_newbalancenationals_ indoor. So crazy proud of my @lilyydeforge qualifying for not one but 2 events despite just learning the weight throw about 2 months ago! Her dedication’s and passion amaze me every day. #weightthrow #shotput thanks to Coaches Rudolph, Travato and Hall for all the support and knowledge. An amazing and inspirational day yesterday at the Jimmy Fund Walk with the The Rak Pack-Jimmy Fund Marathon Walk crew. It was an emotional 9+hr finish with Mark Lewis who showed nothing but grit, determination and courage the whole way through. He's is one of the many reasons we walk and we continue to fundraise.

It's not too late to support our efforts to #curecancer: http://danafarber.jimmyfund.org/goto/tracydeforge by @trawalsh33
