TKO. 💥

What a night.

Watching Raymond go out there and put on that kind of performance was unreal.

Being on the floor with our guy, watching him do what he does best, was something I’ll never forget. There’s no better feeling than seeing someone you’ve worked with cash in on all the work they’ve put in.

Raymond is the definition of a TRC+ Athlete.

He trains with purpose. He recovers with intention. And when it’s time to compete... he leaves no doubt.

Couldn’t be happier for you, brother. Enjoy this one, you earned every second of it.

Now, back to work. 👊🔥 taken in Idaho Central Arena by @trc.plus

BIO BELOW 👇

I grew up loving sports and the grind that comes with competing. I played collegiate baseball at Biola University and Marymount California University, and like most athletes, I learned the hard way what happens when you push through pain without the right recovery plan. I spent too many games sidelined, too many practices held back, and too many seasons trying to “figure it out on my own.”

That experience is why I built TRC+.

I wanted to create the kind of sports-medicine environment I wish I had as a younger athlete—one place where adjustments, soft-tissue work, mobility training, recovery tools, and rehab all lived under the same roof. No guesswork. No bouncing between providers. Just one clear plan to get you moving, performing, and feeling your best.

Today, I specialize in helping driven individuals, athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults stay strong, pain-free, and confidently living the lifestyle they love.

My vision:
“Movement shouldn’t be a limitation. My job is to give you back control of your body so you can get back to competing—whether that’s in sport, in work, or in life.” by @trc.plus

One thing I’ve learned from being around high-level athletes is that the people who succeed the longest don’t just train hard.

They take care of themselves, too.

That’s one of the first things that stood out to me about Shelby.

Most people see the IFBB Pro card.

They see the physique.
They see the stage photos.
They see the results.

What they don’t see is everything that happens long before the spotlight.

The early mornings.

The countless hours in the gym.

The meals that don’t get skipped.

The recovery sessions.

The discipline to do what’s required, even on the days motivation isn’t there.

What they don’t see is that while she’s pursuing her own goals, she’s also helping others pursue theirs.

Coaching.
Posing.
Encouraging.
Leading by example.

All while building a successful hair salon business, showing up for her family, and continuing to raise the standard for herself.

That’s what I respect.

Not just the accomplishments.

The consistency behind them.

Because performance isn’t built in a single workout or on a competition stage.

It’s built through discipline, consistency, and the small decisions made every single day.

And Shelby understands something a lot of people overlook:

Recovery isn’t what you do when something goes wrong.

Recovery is what allows you to keep moving forward.

She embodies what we believe in.

Not when it’s convenient.

Not when it’s too late.

As a lifestyle.

Looking forward to supporting her journey.

Shoulder pain rarely starts with one big moment.

More often, it builds quietly.

A little less mobility. A little more workload. A few movements that don’t feel quite right. You compensate, keep training, keep competing, and eventually your body starts asking for your attention.

The shoulder is built to move, but that freedom comes with a demand for strength, control, and stability. When one piece falls behind, everything else has to work harder.

And taking care of it doesn’t mean you have to stop doing what you love.

It means figuring out why it’s bothering you, addressing what’s actually contributing to it, and building the capacity to handle more.

Because recovery shouldn’t just get you back to where you were.

It should also help get you where you need to go.. taken in Boise, Idaho by @trc.plus

Same idea. Two VERY different tapes. 👇🏼

RockTape → more sensory feedback + support.
Think: cueing movement, improving awareness, and taking the edge off discomfort.

Dynamic Tape → stretches and recoils like a spring.
Think: helping absorb load and assisting movement when things are irritated.

APPLICATION matters too.
RockTape is typically applied with lighter, targeted tension.
Dynamic Tape uses stretch + positioning to create a mechanical “assist.”

For knee pain, I’ll choose the tape based on what movement hurts and what I’m trying to change.

But here’s the important part:

Tape isn’t rehab.
Tape isn’t fixing the injury.

It’s a tool I’ll use to help an athlete feel better and move better temporarily when they still have to compete, train, race, or perform.

Quick fix? Sometimes.
Long-term solution? Nope.

Treat the problem. Use the tape as a tool. taken in Boise, Idaho by @trc.plus
