❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Still in valentine's mood... I think now is the perfect moment to introduce myself☺

I am a housewife with 3 awesome kids🥰. I love reading, listen to music and watch dramas (my faves are Kdrama & Cdrama🤭) and sci-fi, action, romantic and comedy movies.
I have sweet tooth so I loveee eat cakes, chocolate, pie, bread, pasta and many more. If I write them all I guess one post will not enough😉😁. Basically I love all sweet and savory food😍😍😍.

Previously I had absolutely no interest in making cakes and baking, I simply just went to my favorite bakery to buy them. But when there was lockdown because covid, I can't buy any of them anymore. Can't buy any cakes for my kids b'day. That's when I've started baking for the first time and also started my IG account. Since then I'm falling in love in baking🥰.

I have to thank to so many people here on IG that have been so kind and generous to share their amazing recipes that my baking's ability was growing rapidly. And I am so happy and grateful that I can meet so many amazing people and can be part of a very supporting and awesome community :

♡ Banana Bread ♡

Simple and easy to make, but tastes so good - sweet, moist and loaded with chocolate.
I love how amazing it smells while baking, and it's the best way to use up my overripe bananas🍌

It's really nice to be able to meet and catch up with friends from college that I haven't seen in years🤩

We met and gathered in another city (Bogor) that is famous for its culinary delights.
It was a 2-hours drive from Jakarta, the city where we live.

From Breakfast to Lunch to Coffee Break to Dinner 🍽, We moved from one restaurant to another to try the favorite places that many people recommended😁

Here are the places we went :

Breakfast : @ our friend's house in Bogor
Lunch : @raindearcoffee
Coffee Break : @kopinako.kebonjati
Dinner : @sotoiburahayu
Souvenirs : @michelle.bakery

So blessed to have you all as my besties🥰🥰😘

♡ Mango🥭 Sticky Rice ♡

One of my favorite desserts💙💛

I've been drooling over it lately.
Even though it's not mango season right now, I have a stock of frozen mangoes, so I made it today.

The blue color of the sticky rice comes from butterfly pea flower tea.
Just soak the sticky rice in the flower's water for at least 2 hours and you'll get this lovely blue 💙 color😍😍

♡ Macaroni Carbonara ♡

This Macaroni Carbonara is very simple to make with only a few ingredients. And this doesn't use milk or cream to make it creamy.

I found this awesome recipe a few months ago but only today the recipe can be realized and all of my kids love it🤩🥰.

You definitely should try this fool proof recipe (this is my first attempt and it's turn out really good).
Recommended👍👍💯

♡ Emping Cookies ♡

This cookies made from "Emping Crackers", a traditional Indonesian snack made from melinjo seeds, which are thinly sliced and sun-dried to create a crispy, cracker-like texture.

It has a unique, slightly bitter and nutty flavor, often enjoyed on its own as snack or used as a crunchy topping for dishes like nasi goreng (fried rice), porridge, and Soto Betawi (a type of Indonesian beef soup originating from Jakarta)

To describe the taste of this Emping Cookies in short is a delightful crunch from crispy melinjo seeds, perfectly balanced with sweet and savory flavors, creating a unique and addictive treat✨️🤩😍
