Vanessa started her public speaking journey at just nine years old, and has spent over a decade inspiring audiences around the world through conversations on confidence, mental health, leadership and women’s empowerment.

Joining our panel this time is Michele - content creator and beauty educator with a community of 174k+ across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
With a background in science, Michele goes beyond the surface, breaking down products, ingredients and routines so her audience can make informed choices about their hair and beauty. She also works directly with brands on product formulation, bringing real expert insight into the room.
Outside of content, she’s the founder of @netballnoire a growing community connecting Black women and non-binary people through sport, social events, and genuine friendship 💫

It’s here… a day in my life ✨

Spend the day w/ moi ripping and running through these London streets , running @treasuretress and closing out a very special chapter 🥰

From a breakfast meeting with @khaliaismain

To Brixton for our final @hmppsofficial workshop hosted by @marvynharrison

Then back to central London for the final meeting of the day.

One thing for certain is that no two days are the same…AT ALL.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t love the range and variety of my work days and the people I gave the privilege of working with.

This happened to be the final HMP Brixton for Dad’s Who Can’t Braid that @treasuretress delivered 🥹 I’m glad we got some of these special moments on camera 🫶🏽

This time we’re joined by @tejareneee , founder of Dear Little Sister - a supportive community for young girls and her own independent publishing company, Truehouse Publishing.
Known as the “Online Big Sister,” Téja creates coming-of-age novels, journals, and educational resources, and delivers school talks that help young girls build confidence, self-esteem, and a strong sense of self.

Now she’s bringing that same energy to guide a day of real talk on hair, identity, and sisterhood 💫
